Working in the healthcare field for over seven years I've worked with many agencies and every agency has hired me. This is the first agency who has never hired me. Which is odd because they were so eager when they had their ad out a year ago and never followed up with my application even though they said they had so many leads. Since then (over a year maybe two years now) they called me three times with false hope.
