Today I received a text message at 7am saying I had a past due bill. I replied saying 7am was too early to text a customer about a bill. Then I went on to pay it a few hours later becoming current. Jesse decided he didn't like my reply saying 7am was too early for a text and he cancelled my service. So sad being a client that long to have this happen. Shows they don't support loyal customers. Was the service good? I've had 5 pool cleaners and they all do the same thing. Nothing stood out except for this sad act of customer service. Who cancels service an hour after they say payment wasn't made on time. My payment history has been the same since month 1.

Another hot tub maintenance company, A1 Hot…read moreTubs, charged me an arm and a leg to do a hot tub cleaning, and it wasn't even properly done. The tub wasn't properly purged so there was still a ton of dirt in there. I reached out for quotes to get this fixed, because they weren't willing to fix it. Eddie responded promptly and gave me a VERY fair quote. I was skeptical at first because I didn't see any reviews on his page. Turns out Yelp's algorithm removed some of his reviews, so I decided to give him a shot, and I'm glad that I did. Eddie came and fixed everything - he was meticulous, purged with chlorine, drained it, and wiped it till it was completely spotless. He spent several hours doing this. He then filled it back up, and balanced the chemicals. The water is squeaky clean now, and I'm already at ease working with Eddie because he seems to be a man of his word. Any issues, he will take care of you. If you have a pool, in ground, or above ground hot tub, I'd highly recommend his services. Not only are his prices fair, but he does great work. He used to be an executive chef on the strip, so you know he pays attention to the details. ATTN Yelp: Stop removing this man's reviews! He's legit and so are his clients.
