They installed the cabinets that I sourced from another company (although they also manufacture their own cabinets in-house), and everything was installed to spec with the trim pieces cut perfectly to match. For the countertops, I sourced my own quartzite slabs, and F&L handled the rest. They picked up the slabs, created the templates based on my cabinets, fabricated everything, and completed the installation. The templating team also went above and beyond to make sure my expensive slabs were used as efficiently as possible with virtually nothing wasted. They took the time to help me plan the layout so the veining flowed naturally across the countertops and backsplash, which made a huge difference in the final result. As someone who had never gone through this process before, I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. The other smaller shops just making a model on computer based on the idea I told them. I want professional to provided suggestion to build on my idea. I talked to Patrick on my first visit. He is very knowledgeable and quick in thinking. He caught some of the mistake in our floor plan, and explain why certain things have to be added to the order. I had problem finalizing the color. Patrick helped us on that as well. When we finalize the plan, the price is lower than all the other estimates I received. The cabinets and the quartz were delivered without any problem. They look exactly as I imaged after they are installed. Everything fitted perfectly. We ended up at advance cabinet halfway through our house renovation project when we had already placed an order for kitchen cabinets but were still hunting for everything else. Store is not large but among the selection they had they managed to tick all the boxes for me. I wanted solid wood, non white option and advance had these beautiful natural solid wood cabinets. I got excited and quickly placed an order for both our bathrooms. We had worked with Patrick, he is easily the smartest person we had come across over the course of our remodel hunt. He had renderings drawn up in a few minutes and provided unbiased feedback. We were meanwhile also trying to design our tv wall. We got quotes in the upwards of 20k for just that wall and I knew I didn't want to spend so much. Then an idea struck me, why not use the cabinets from advance which are typically meant for bathrooms and kitchens in this area as well? With some careful planning I knew I could make this work but needed validation. We were looking for something different. Cypress is not a cookie cutter place. It has many options for those looking for something different. We were very fortunate to work with Sandy. Sandy is a gem. She knows her stuff, her products, what can be done and what can be a problem. We purchased cabinets, countertops, sinks, drawer pulls and door handles from Cypress. Everything looks lovely. One sink arrived damaged and Sandy put in a rush order to get a new sink Sandy designed the kitchen layout and it is great. We have a lot more space to put things now. We had two blind corners and Sandy put a lazy Susan cabinet in one and a magic box in the other. Now we have access to cabinet space that we hadn't had in over 40 years. Sandy also noticed some problems with the cabinet finishes and worked with the stainers to get the issue resolved. She even delivered the redone items herself. One thing that is great about Sandy is her willingness to work with you to find what you want, not what is on the sales floor. And she never pushes to make a sale. She will present options, but if they aren't for you, she just moves on. We appreciated Sandy keeping us informed about how things are going. If we had a question, a text would be answered promptly. She even answered us when she was on vacation in Hawaii! Cypress is a great store. Take some time to look around. It has lots of nooks and crannies that have interesting items. Anne selected frosty Carrina countertop for vanity, which is gorgeous and easy maintenance along with the Kohler Ladena sink. 4. The custom mirror was mounted on same finish as the vanity and hanging brackets. Great quality mirror material. 5. Gabby helped select the faucet, shower head and shower valves, all Hansgrohe. 6. Gabby wrote up purchase orders and verified all items and prices. 7. Robert shared his expertise on lighting, tile installation and doors and hardware for the existing closet. He was confident the closet and vanity matched and am so happy with the results. The team was professional, respectful and offered options of material costs, shipping fees, dates and even problem solving as the project began. The showroom displays helped to visualize the remodel. Anne's selection of vanity material, which I would have never looked at on my own, is a stunning piece. The hardware for all the plumbing is on display. In short, we were impressed by the quality of the service and, because we shopped around a bit, found the prices to be reasonable. AE remodeled our old, tired bathroom. Originally, we did not understand that we would be responsible for selecting the materials. But after that sunk in, we did our diligence with the helpful assistance of AE. Jenny was very informative and responsive. She answered our questions, both those that related directly to the bathroom but also those relating more generally to remodeling strategies that arose from our inexperience. What do you think of this material? What do you think about this type of sink in this space? What kind of shower design is best for this concern of mine. Etc. I can't recall an instance where Jenny did not immediately and helpfully respond to email or text. Jenny also proactively made good suggestions. The remodel went well. We really liked the result. We were delayed a bit by the city and permits. But Jenny and her team were always patient and committed. In one instance, the city inspector came back with some surprising feedback. But Jenny and her team with due dedication and versatility adeptly executed on the feedback and made the inspector happy. Anyway, it's been about a year after the remodel. A few small issues came up recently. I contacted Jenny and she sent her team to handle without hesitation. The follow through was very impressive. They Scratched hardware that we purchased and we had to purchase another set. We spent a week waiting for new shower cartridges because they didn't know what type we should get. I wish our project came with an actual project manager who would tell us what we needed to do and by when. We felt like we had to plan and purchase so many things on our own They stuck this sticky plastic all over our carpet to prevent stains but when it was removed left adhesive residue everywhere and now my carpet is ruined. When I asked how to fix they ignored me. I regret starting this project with them. After this post there is a response from the "business owner" stating they are sorry and then a lengthy set of excuses which equates to a false apology. Bottom line is 1) you scratched up the hardware we gave you 2) we bought all the HW ourselves and asked if we bought the right cartridge. You all said yes. Give the right answer else we waste time. 3) we rejected your attempt to fix the carpet issue because your team had already used a wipe on the carpet and it didn't work. And then you offered to dump vinegar all over to clean it. Of course I'm going to reject that. What other excuses would you like to provide? And tbh you should be concerned whether your customer feels disrespected not your own feelings on the manner which is of opinion. And by the way your contract that we all signed includes a 1 yr warranty. I hope to not use that but your response seems to imply you are going to abandon communications with us which is a legal breach in your own contract.

We were very happy with the final result and the quality of their products. What has impressed us even more is their customer service after installation. We had a mechanical issue with one of the cabinets, and they responded quickly and took care of it by providing a full replacement at no charge. More recently, we accidentally spilled coffee and one of the cabinet doors was soaked and damaged. Since the damage was our own fault and the cabinet was already outside the warranty period, we contacted Kitchen & Bath Makers expecting to purchase a replacement door and simply asked them for a quote. To our surprise, they offered to provide the replacement door free of charge. It is easy to find a company that provides good service while they are trying to win your business. It is much harder to find a company that continues to take care of its customers years after the project is completed and even after the warranty has expired. We are very happy that we chose Kitchen & Bath Makers for our kitchen renovation.
