I feel good about the service I received from everyone at Accucare. They immediately took a look at my car and found the problem and showed it to me in the garage. I am no expert, but I make many repairs myself and knew they were accurate. They also showed me the work they did after. Having an older car with over 300k miles I usually expect the mechanics to find other simple repairs to sell me on. They didn't. Price wise - they charged the same as the dealer BUT the dealer quote did not include additional labor for damage that made this repair a much bigger headache than it normally would and likely was more in labor than even Accucare expected so I'm not mad about it. Parts-wise: I do think I could have saved some money here with after market parts - but they would have taken longer to ship from what I was able to find online OR a lot of effort and time that I just didn't have to find parts locally and wouldn't expect Accucare to undertake the hunt beyond their initial inquiries to their own suppliers. I would also have had to pay more in rental car fees and probably lost out on the 90 day repair warranty so I am okay with that. Overall, I feel like I was dealt with fairly and the people were kind and didn't treat me like I was clueless or a hassle when I asked questions. I would feel comfortable taking my car to them again and recommending them to neighbors. read more

The quality of work was excellent at a value price. They updated me frequently throughout the process and did not try to scam me. 10/10! read more

This place is terrible! I drive a 2016 VW Tiguan and have never paid more than $100 for a basic oil change on my vehicle. These people had the nerve to charge me $225 for this minor service and to tried to attribute this to my car being German. This is not a Mercedes we're talking about and, even when I had my C-300, I still didn't pay that much for oil servicing! If you care about ethics in pricing and good business practices RUN FROM HERE! This place is awful! If I could give zero stars I would. I spent 1421.00 to get my car fixed. Took it back 3 times. Every time I took my car back, it was always something. The last time I took my car up there, Kool told me, I would need some work done. I walked in to ask about an emissions test about an hour before they closed. There's a poorly written sign saying that if you come smelling like marijuana you won't be served, so I guess that tells me about the typical customer. It definitely tells you about how they treat people though. The lady was on the phone and paused her conversation to look at me, but she doesn't say anything. I offer that I'm trying to get an emissions test. She curtly replied "we done for today" and turns around, going back to her conversation. Rude as hell. read more

On FEB 11,2021 Ive got a oil change , FEB 12,2021 my Infiniti truck threw a rod. My infiniti leaked BLACK OIL, how can the oil be jet black when I just got the oil change less than 24 hours ago. I need answers and they couldn't give me one. I paid for a full synthetic oil change and they didn't do it and cost my work vehicle to go out on me and no one wants to fix the problem. The manager there is no help and has a bad attitude. the new guys walk around the shop smoking cigarettes on the job, very unprofessional. I went to this place only on a friend's recommendation. He had spoken to the manager Mr. William M. Previously and explained the problem that I had with my vehicle (failed the emission test). I was trying to find a good honest shop that could diagnose the problem and also complete the repair. My friend told me that my appointment was for 8:00 am Saturday morning and this shop would diagnose and fix the problem. Well, I arrived at 7:45 and the place was deserted. I waited patiently and finally Mr. William Showed up at 8:20 am. I attempted to enter the shop get started. He came to the entrance and told me to wait in my vehicle for about 20 minutes because he wasn't ready to open. He showed up 20 minutes late and asked me to wait another 20 minutes outside in my vehicle. It was approximately 23 degrees that morning but I agreed since I needed my vehicle fixed. Finally at 9:00 he allowed me to enter the shop. I explained that my vehicle had failed emission, I showed him the result sheet and told him that I wanted to find out what repairs I need and have those repairs completed. He stated that he was expecting me and would be ready for my vehicle shortly. Other customers began to trickle in and he continued to work on and diagnose other vehicles that came in after me. At 9:45 when he came through the office area again, he stated I will be right with you, I'm waiting for another shop to open, so I can take your vehicle to them for a diagnostic test because they do all years, we only do 1996 & newer. I will be able to use their diagnostic machine for specific results but they open late on Saturdays. I told him that I understood and would wait. An hour and a half went by and finally he approached me for the keys. He stated that he was ready to take my vehicle to the other shop for a diagnosis, it was 1130. After he explained to me that he could not drive my 5 speed vehicle, I drove us around the corner to a nearby muffler shop. The muffler shop worker was not very friendly and explained that his shop had been opened since 8:00 am. He stated that I could bring the vehicle back during the next week for a diagnostic test. That's another story for another review. We returned to the original shop where I explained to Mr. Williams that I was very disappointed and he had wasted my entire morning. He claimed that he was sorry but their were a lot of customers in front of me from Friday and he had to assist them first. I told him that he could have had his receptionist call the muffler shop at any point for their hours, if he were not sure of their start time. Also since the shop was less than 1/2 mile away, I could have gone myself if he had told me that they could have assisted me that morning. He came up with every excuse in the book and never actually apologized for wasting my time. While we were talking a disgruntled woman was raging in and out of the shop. She was making embarrassing statements about Mr. Williams. I will not write the horrible things she said about Mr. Williams because they seemed very personal and degrading. This entire ordeal was the worse display of "no" customer service and incompetence that I had ever experienced in my life. I will never visit this location again because it is clear that the shop has issues with management, unprofessional behavior and customer service. read more
