    Dishonest, overpriced, and incompetent. Kept my car for 3 days, ordered wrong part, then part was defective. Run from this place.

These two problems were mentioned at a dealership I took my Jeep to last month but they didn't have time to get to. Also, the estimate for repairs this dealership had was way more than what Pep Boys charged me today. The service tech, William, is very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the…read moremorning after I brought my car in I started receiving calls and texts saying I didn't pay and if I didn't come in that day to pay they would be calling the police. Evidently they mixed me up with another customer but one it seems they do not check their records before calling people and two while I'm not condoning not paying their services they didn't even call to ask what happened or figure something out but immediately jumped to saying I needed to come in that day or the police would be called without even attempting to confirm if they were calling the correct person. I paid $1k plus only to be treated like a criminal. Warning that if you experience issues and email the customer service email address the responses provide they'll just have the local store respond vs corporate. If your local store is like mine the manager will just try to gaslight you and sweep the entire situation under the rug and act like it wasn't a big deal. Great to know between staff and managers what type of people they employ and what behavior they accept. Needless to say I'll never be returning to any location for business ever again.
