    I had to utilize this location since they were the only ones fitted with the proper equipment to assess and fix my vehicle. Arrived on time for my scheduled appt sat over an hour before my vehicle was pulled into the bay to be serviced. Service was completed within 20mins. Long wait - felt like I was at the Drs office just waiting. They should assess what equipment is needed by service and schedule accordingly and not waste customers time. Dismissive behavior - I equate this to being slightly disrespectful or the napoleon complex "you're in my house and you're not my customer" go sit down. I approached the counter to inquire what was going on and how long more especially since I still was not up to par after my surgery and the Caucasian mixed like guy just said I didn't check you in James will address you. Sir you have a system which house a database. James did come several minutes later and he updated me. Upon checking out he applied a coupon which was nice hence the 2 stars. Cleanliness - The lounge area was dirty I mean I understand it's a tire shop but so early in the morning I was shocked. You could tell the floors were wet and someone just tracked all over it. The rest of the store seemed in order

    I paid to have my rotors and brake pads changed. I paid $1000. The first time they were squeaking…read moreafter a few weeks. The second time they squeaked again. The third time they were wobbling. Each time I went back they told me it was defective materials and they supposedly put new ones on. I finally got someone to change my brakes and they told me the original rotors were still on my car. I have a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and the rotors had never been changed. They still said Hyundai. So this means that not only did they NOT give me new rotors the first time I went. Even after I went back twice, they never corrected it. So in my eyes, they cheated me three times. Clearly I didn't know what the heck I was doing. I saw rust on the rotors at one point but again just thought it was "defective" as they had said. This was the first time I'd not gone to the dealer to get my car fixed. Not only that, when I finally got the brakes done properly by someone else, they said they had zip tied the connector to the e-brake. Again I have no idea what that means but they broke something and then zip tied it back together. So I have to get a new connector. Bottom line, they charged me $1000, only changed the pads, didn't correct the issue even after I brought the car back two more times with problems, AND the broke the connector to my e-brake. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I can't rate this place low enough.

Not 30 minutes later they called and said I wouldn't need brakes for at least a year because of the type of driver I am. Now who does that today. They have my business when I do need brakes.

    Extremely Poor Service Experience - Appointment Mismanagement and Unresolved Issues…read more I am writing to share my very disappointing experience with Mr. Tire. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, April 9th at 5:30 PM with the following primary concerns: Low tire pressure warning (suspected leak or faulty sensor) Replacement of rear trunk struts and hood struts These were the main reasons for my visit. I also agreed to an oil change since I was already at the shop. What happened: Upon arrival, I was informed that the technician capable of replacing struts was not available. I clearly stated that struts and tire pressure issue were my priorities, so the appointment was rescheduled to Friday, April 10th at 1:00 PM. When I arrived the next day: * Only one technician was present in the shop * After waiting 40 minutes, my car had not been touched * The receptionist confirmed they were understaffed but could not explain why a scheduled appointment was accepted under those conditions I eventually left, and I was told I would be contacted when the car was ready. No one ever called My repeated phone calls went unanswered I had to take an Uber to the shop before closing, only to be told: My car was still not ready I would not be able to take it home that night The situation continued: Saturday- still not ready Sunday - I finally retrieved the vehicle Final result: * I was without transportation for 3 days * I incurred additional Uber expenses * I paid approximately $2,000 * Both primary issues were NOT resolved: * Low tire pressure warning still on * Rear trunk struts were not replaced (I later purchased them myself on Amazon and received them the next day) Conclusion: This was a complete failure in scheduling, communication, and service execution: * Accepting appointments without adequate staffing * Lack of transparency * No communication or follow-up * Failure to address the customer's primary concerns This experience was unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

    Awful. We bought…read morefour new tires for my car. The next day, one was flat. I paid for a tow and they replaced the tire. I was told this would be reimbursed and it has not been 3 months later. Then, that tire began to lose air along w 2 others. Had to go back and they kept my car for 3 days, which with 4 children is very disruptive. They replaced the tires. THEN, two of those tires had issues so they replaced the worse one and told us they checked it and it was installed properly so we would be safe to drive to OBX and back. We did not realize our tire was MELTING FROM THE INSIDE on the way down until we got into the car to go home and noticed the huge buldge. We had to get a new tire at the OBX and pay for an extra night and day at our rental along w food deliveries. Our car would have crashed on the highway had that tire popped in the 5 hour drive down. Monro, the parent company, took 3 months to get back to me. I sent all of the documentation, a letter describing everything, all of my receipts, everything. It took me 3 months to get someone to call me back. Once they called me back, they informed me that only two of our expenses would be reimbursed. They put our family in danger time and time again, yet, are not going to reimburse us for the expenses they created for us. Do not go to Mr. Tire. They will gladly put your life in danger and not take responsibility for it.
