It was a challenge getting the guy to come out but when the Stealth owner came out we talked about adding the additional cameras. He repaired the 1 camera saying there would be no charge if we added cameras. He suggested 4 cameras, we just wanted 3 because his prices went up so there was a stale mate. He ended up sending a bill for the repair which we promptly paid. Next the app on my phone stopped working. We called so many times asking for an appointment and even said we understood there would be a cost which we'd pay. Without the app, the security system was pretty much useless since the main purpose was to view our home while away and or on vacation. NEVER did anyone return our calls. We even had others call tech support using their cell so perhaps he'd return the call to someone else. Nothing. Thought of contacting the manufacturer directly to see if there were other sales / service reps that could help us but he strips all manufacturing info from the security units. Worst company and service ever!!!!! We finally purchased a new unit (we were able to use the cameras) that we totally control. He has no admin rights or access!! We once again have security and can view remotely as well from within our home. UPDATE: in response to the comment left by owner, the payment was not delayed. We were billed quite a few weeks after I sent the text saying we were not moving for way with your proposed 4 cameras. Once we received the bill, it was promptly paid. Just as you have the right to determine who you will service and who you won't, we have the right to share our actual experience. Also, this was NOT an internet issue and with 30+ years experience in IT, we can assure all it was not an IT issue.

Another company I had spoken with had quoted me more than twice the price, I guess because the cameras they use are fancy or something? I don't know, because the ones Ernesto installed are great and doing precisely what I wanted. When I was on my search for home security cameras, I kept mostly finding things like ADT, SimpliSafe, or something else that was largely about selling you the monitoring plan; the equipment I think was less expensive but then you're paying for the monitoring. I am not generally a fan of the everything-is-now-a-subscription-or-service thing nor do I want to be beholden to whatever rates a company decides to charge. Some of those also were self-install options, which didn't interest me at all. They hooked up several cameras at our home to provide various views, including the basement since I wanted to be able to see what's happening down there when I'm upstairs. The system has a hard drive that can support up to eight cameras. We can save photos, videos, and also play back to see what happened earlier in the recording on the various cameras. Although they could have provided a monitor, we don't really have a place for it so we simply have an app on our phone through which we can view the cameras. I'm not sure why, but I thought it would go much more quickly than it did. I have no frame of reference to know how long it should have taken so that's not a criticism. It took about six hours total but having it done well was the most important part. I would highly the crew at 606 installs for their professionalism, reasonable rate, and excellent work.

(Highly recommended as burglars love to shimmy a screwdriver between your door and lock & open into your place easier than a SPAM can.) Pro Video Security let us select the guard. They gave a great bid to put install. We even chose to do 2 doors, given their great rate. Flash forward to 6 months later we found a small (but significant) installation error on one of the doors. Rather than haggle and hassle, they came right out and fixed it at ZERO extra cost. (As expected.) On top of that: The fix came right on time.
