Ron her dad is the go to guy for everything in the field. So I've had heaters, pumps and liners installed with no problems. Once when the heater went out right before our daughters birthday party in early June Ron made a special trip out even though he was fully booked. I never forgot that. Lastly i recommended Paradise to a friend of mine at work and he told he can't thank me enough. I highly recommend it.

When my husband handed the cashier with the long hair his credit card, he was told the total was $73. The math didn't add up, so we questioned the total and showed him the price on the shelf. He just responded "well that's not what the system shows" and would not do anything, like get a manager involved. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but we will definitely not be back.

Yes , John was still there and he is definitely an ass but he was an ass to her and she said he didn't bother her because she knew him since she was young and he really knows his stuff. They bring your chemicals out to your car too. Wolf doesn't just deal with pools, they are knowledgeable in hot tubs and will help you with suggestions when you run into a problem. Horrible customer service. We ordered a hot tub in Jan. They said it wouldn't be delivered till end…read moreof Aug. Fine, I get it. (Supply chain issues) but they damaged it getting it in position. Put a small gouge in the fiberglass. Which they did fix right away by sanding it down, fine. But then they said they didn't want to mount the smart top cover because the electrician would need to unbolt it anyway to take that panel off and to just call back after the electrical work was done and that they would be right over to mount the top. It wouldn't take long and they could do it right away. I said fine. Then I noticed the filter ring bezel was busted. They said they would replace it when they come back for the cover. We will see!! 3 weeks went by, finally got the electrical work done. I call them back and they say it will be another 3 weeks before they can get out here. We're busy is the response I got. I'm sorry but can't see how it would take another 3 weeks to squeeze me in just to mount a cover on hot tub that has already taken 8 months to get and was damaged both from the factory and shipping. Several instances of chlorine demand, crazy high phosphates, all kinds of issues. These guys have spent hours working with me to help me understand the issues I've been having. The prices are very fair and they've just instituted a rewards program. I would recommend anybody to this place.

I suspect this is another business that won't pay a living wage, so the excuse that no one will come work for them is likely.
