He stacked the items neatly in our garage. I had a question about the voltage on the pump - he took the pump out of the box to show me what electric I needed for the new pool. Great customer service. After waiting several days for a return call, I stopped by the store to see if I could get some help in person. They were very busy at the time and weren't able to assist me immediately, but they took down my information and said one of their technicians would contact me. It ended up taking about another week before I received a callback. Once I was finally in touch with the technician, I got all the help I needed. They walked me through the issue, and I was able to get everything working properly. My spa now has balanced water chemistry, and I'm able to connect to it through the ControlMySpa app on my phone. Their response time could definitely be improved, but once I reached the right person, the support was knowledgeable and effective. In the end, everything worked out.

I left my phone number for him to "research" the issue. He NEVER called me back and this is the second time this happened. Seriously if you don't have your faculties together then it's time to hang up the saddle and retire. Your real estate is worth tons of money - sell the place vs. keeping hours of 8:30 to 5pm with no weekend hours. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I called, they could order it. Again, nothing for 2 weeks, called again spoke to Lorelli the manager, it was ordered but then canceled as they will require payment for shock prior to ordering. Fine charged my credit card 2-11-2026, NO part received by 2-27-2026. What's the hold up? Oh, it will be shipped with a bulk pallet order from the MN store to the Brookfield store not sure how long that will take. NO, you ship it to Brookfield store, I already paid for the new shock on my credit card bill. Part shipped 3-19-2026 Fed X. I called 3-27-2026 MN store spoke to Dave P and he was aware of shock order being shipped and would call Brookfield manager Lorelli. 2 hours later manager calls stating OH it just arrived 5 minutes ago. It doesn't take 10 plus days for a ground shipment from MN to WI. Between manager and I we setup to have new shock put on 4-1-2026. My husband took chair in and Lorelli couldn't guarantee it would be fixed timely as no staff to fix it, and it would take 3-4 hours to fix. Manager claimed it takes 2 people to replace a shock. Why did we make arrangement for it to be fixed 4-1-2026, when we spoke 3-27-2026. We looked it up online and only 1 person is required or replace shock. I went and picked up chair and new shock, came home and in less than 10 minutes the new shock was on the chair and working good. The manager and owner are very lax with customer service on repairs and educate. A manager in my opinion should be able to handle easy repairs like this, which is not the case. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this store again. The manager is full of excuses, upon excuses, owner is not customer friendly. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! RATING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE 10

On a couple of occasions now I've talked with two of the techs in the back, an older guy and a young guy. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about a wide variety of equipment. I brought my manual start Toro Powerlite snowblower in for starting problems I could not resolve, plus the scraper bar was shot. They said my engine was pretty much worn out, so they put a good used engine on it from a machine that another customer had just left there. And this engine had an electric starter! So now I have a machine I can start manually or electrically. But wait, there's more. They thought the rubber paddles on mine were a bit worn out, so they put on a better used pair they had laying around FOR FREE! They also thoroughly cleaned the carb (by ultrasonic method) from the new (used) engine they put in, plus cleaned the fuel tank to ensure no starting problems. All told, they put a lot of work into my machine, including the engine with electric start, for under $200, which I thought was pretty good. It starts and runs like a champ now, just in time for today's snowstorm. Previously I'd only bought parts here a couple of times. And now I know their service/repairs are top notch too!
