I found myself in a terrifying situation, stranded in the Caldecott Tunnel during rush hour with a dead car and a wife who was about to become a widow (just kidding, honey!). Car is fine but I ran out of gas *i am an idiot. After calling multiple towing places and 911 but no one showed up, the situation was getting dire. As if by magic, Tuan appeared like a knight in shining armor. Not only did he rescue us from a dire situation, but he went above and beyond by driving us to a gas station and charging us half the price of other quotes. Tuan is a true hero and a shining example of humanity at its best. BD Towing should be incredibly proud to have such a compassionate and skilled employee. Thank you, Tuan and BD Towing, for saving the day! BTW, Tuan just happened to drive by, CalTran and none of the other tow guys showed up LOL. Faith in humanity restored! A simple confirmation to ring the doorbell would have solved the matter. He explained that when they couldn't contact me, the driver moved onto the next customer.
