Danny is amazing! He managed to make a difficult situation enjoyable just by showing up, having a positive attitude, and providing excellent customer service. To recap, I found myself stranded due to one of my tires blowing out on a nearby freeway. This was due to my neglect because the air pressure in my tires had been low for some time and I kept pushing it off. I was fortunate to be in the far right lane when this incident occurred. I was driving on 580 on a business trip through Concord. Somewhere along the highway I got a flat and realized I needed to pull over and get the spare put on. Let me start by saying that I have never been in a particularly good mood when needing to use a tow service, but there's a first time for everything i found out once I called Rocket Towing. Rocket towing made a normally frustrating and annoying situation into a hassle free and enjoyable as possible situation. I had neglected getting my timing belt changed on my 2003 Toyota Highlander and found myself needing a tow on my way home from work. I picked rocket towing on a whim and I'm glad I did. They dispatched Danny right away and he was at my location in no time performing my tow with a smile. Normally tow truck drivers seem like they are inconvenienced when dispatched but not Danny he was personable and made sure the tow was handled the best way possible. Blah... Nothing worse than having a great dinner, getting in you car to continue your night and your car won't turn over. I have an older Hyundai with some mechanical issues. I had just filled up the gas tank and installed a new battery so I knew it had to be something bad. I have never really needed to call for a tow service so needless to say I was unsure of exactly who to call or what to expect when i hit something in the road while driving on the freeway and since it was after midnight and the weather was pretty bad I didn't even think anyone would answer let alone show up on side of the freeway to help me unless It was an actual emergency like an accident involving several cars. But thankfully Rocket Towing popped up when I searched for Towing services. Within 15 minutes Corbin arrived. He was very helpful and my safety was his 1st concern so we sat in his truck and I explained what happened.i thought for sure I would need to have car towed directly to auto repair, I waited in the truck while Corbin checked my car within a couple minutes he informs me that my car is fine I do not need to be towed and that I just need to have tire changed. I couldn't believe it. Within 10 minutes Corbin had saved me a tow charge and changed my tire and did this in the rain.
