I brought my daughters $700 prom dress here because it was a little too big and a little too long so the straps needed to be made shorter. They charged me $95 and They had the dress for about a month and literally the day we were supposed to pick it up she is still sewing on it. When my daughter put the dress on it was too tight so her solution was to rip a hole down the side of the lining to make the dress fit. She then proceeded to put the dress in the bag and handed to us and when I asked her about the hole down the side she just said well you can't see it because it's the lining and if you want me to fix it and add material there it will be more money! When I looked at the straps she just folded it over and sewed it! Both straps were done differently and the sewing was awful and as a beginner I could have done a better job myself. PROM EMERGENCY. We have a prom dress that we forgot to pick up. Prom is tonight April 6, 2019. Any help contacting the business or the owner is appreciated. . HELP!! Update, were able to get it a phone number for the lady from one of the nearby businesses. She was kind enough to drop everything she was doing drive down and open the store to give us the dress. I had my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses altered at her shop, she did a great job and the price was reasonable. HOWEVER, the day of my wedding I went to pick one of the bridesmaid dresses, I had my vale with me and it needed to be steamed cleaned, she ended up burning a hole in it, she asked me how much it cost, I told her the price tag was still on it, 49.00. She offered me 20 dollars STORE CREDIT, my mother told her, "what is she going to do with store credit, she needs to buy another vale, she then gave me 20 dollars cash. Very poor business skills, I probably would of gone back and spend hundreds of dollars over time, but because she wouldn't give me the full price of the vale I will never return there again. I had to run to the bridal store and buy another one. I was shocked she didn't offer the full price of what she damaged. read more

I take all of my clothes for alterations to her. She is a kind woman and does a fantastic job. She has altered several pants, some dresses and replaced broken zippers for me. I had a difficult alteration job to get done. I purchased a bridesmaids dress while pregnant and long story short it didn't fit at all when it was time for the wedding. I was referred to Ace alteration by the owners who sold me my wedding dress and I can see why.
