Worst service ever. I had my daughters communion dress altered because it was too big and they cant even do it right. We picked it up and she tried it on and it was still too big. Whats the whole purpose of me having it altered if it cant be done right!!! Services performed mediocre at best. You can find better quality work and customer service elsewhere for the same or slightly less price. I would actually pay more for better customer service. I pulled out my card for payment and the lady looked at me like I was out of my mind, she pointed to the counter and said cash only. After paying $4 ATM fee, I decided this was last time I will ever do business here. Nobody carries cash these days. This tells me this business is not focused on customer experience. read more

From my fiancé. "I wish I could give a negative star!!!" "I dropped off my dress two months prior to my bid day. They assured me that it wouldn't take much time and I could come back in three weeks. However, a few days before the scheduled pickup, they called me to inform that they were low staffed and needed more time. They gave me a new date two weeks later. During the first fitting, I discovered that Mihalela had cut the dress by 4 inches and now it was too short. She assured me that it would be okay. A lady came to me and asked what I wanted done, but she also said that the dress wasn't ready yet and it would be okay when I came for the second fitting. When I came back for the third fitting, the dress was still wrong and the sewing was terrible. In the end, I paid $550 for something that was completely ruined. " Our wedding is now 11 days away. CROOKS! I took in a pair of black pants for an easy hem. I went back 2.5 weeks later to pick up and my pants were no where to be found. I followed up 2 days later to see if my pants were located and the old woman owner LIES and tells me I cancelled my alteration and picked up my pants saying that "I needed them sooner." Obviously she got me very confused with another customer, gave the wrong pants to someone and refuses to own up to her mistake. This is not the first time they've screwed up. I once prepaid $100 for my alterations and they never marked down that I paid it and were telling me I owed them the $100 again. Please BEWARE!!They are CROOKS. Now I'm out of a pair of pants because these people are incompetent and refuse to admit they messed up and try to figure out where my pants went. To say I'm angry is an understatement. read more

I didn't have any service done but the wife and husband were nice. Answered all my questions and was very quick and efficient. It was exceptionally clean inside and cute. I loved the music selection playing my old church songs "just a little tall with Jesus" made me feel very comfortable. She was even sweet enough to help me get in and out of the door and I had my sons wagon. I'd say they have good customer service if you'd like to try! Nice lady, but whoever did the work ruined my jean shorts. I asked for a smaller waist, and made sure there was room for me to breathe before she made her marks. She charged $25 to make the waist smaller. I get them back and I have to suck in to fit. Mind you, I workout 3-4 times a week. Also, they were initially double stitched and the difference is ridiculously obvious (see picture). You can see it from afar as well. My boyfriend comes here for his clothes, but I won't. I'm disappointed because I hoped it would be good work, but it seems half-effort. read more

Great service and pleasant atmosphere! I needed to have a zipper replaced on a jumpsuit and another jumpsuit hemmed and shoulder straps adjusted. The nice lady helping me (sorry didn't get her name), allowed me to change into my jumpsuit that needed the alterations and she was able to make the necessary changes that I needed. I wasn't in a rush to have my items returned and I received my items about a week after drop-off. Reasonable pricing and decent turnaround on my items. The owner messed up my pants I had to constantly move my pants leg to the front due to off stitching. I had my wedding dress altered here. I had them bring the waist in on both sides so that the dress would be form fitting. The lady who altered the dress did not bring in both sides evenly so the seam that is supposed to go down the middle of the dress in the back was going sideways. She hemmed the dress a little shorter than it was supposed to be as well. I paid over $130 and was dissapointed. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to have the dress fixed so I have to have all my photos edited to not show the crooked seam in the back. I was so upset I just paid for the dress and left because I didn't have enough time to have her try and fix it. read more

Mihaela saved the wedding day!! My daughters wedding dress was butchered in Orange County. Mihaela knew exactly what was wrong and used every tool in her sewing arsenal to make the dress fit properly. Their alteration is decent but the owner/lady was was rude to me. My suit jacket had some defects and instead offering to fix the problem she kept blaming my hanger. The funny thing was I was not blaming her. I just wanted her to fix it. I would have gladly paid for the repair but she kept on blaming my hanger and me. "A year ago!!!!" I have to tell everyone how amazing this place was. November 21st, I dropped off my military dress uniform to be altered and dry cleaned. I went in on the 24th of November to pick it up. It had been waiting there for me, clean and fitted exactly as I had asked. It seemed only yesterday that I had dropped off my items for altering. Yet, it was forever ago. And by forever, I mean a freaking year! I literally dropped off my uniform and strolled in a year later to pick it up only to have the owner greet me with a smile and my uniform in hand. I had called ahead with hope in my heart that my uniform was still sitting there after having left it for a year. The owner said, "of course its still here." I couldn't believe it. This has to be the only alteration shop that cares for their customer's belongings as if they were their own. I cant express my gratitude enough for the owner having faith that I would return for my military uniform. No extra charge. No hassle. And my uniform was perfect. Got my jeans altered from here. They did a great job. In fact one of the few places that offer different type of Jean's stitching and thread options you can select. Price was reasonable. They have nice trial rooms and a cool podium surrounded by mirrors where your measurements are taken. Very nice and clean place.
