The woman doing the pinning for alterations barely put in any effort--I had to repeatedly ask her to place the pins properly so my mom could even visualize the fit. She expected us to tell her exactly where to pin as if we were the professionals. When we returned for the fitting, the alterations were horribly done. The stitching was uneven, the inside was bunched up, and it looked sloppy. When I pointed this out, the owner admitted she isn't a seamstress and dismissed my concerns. She only offered to give my mom a different dress with no alterations, and no refund. She even suggested the poor sewing "could be cut and steamed out," but anyone could see the workmanship was unacceptable. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially with something as important as a wedding. I would never recommend Princess Bridal, and it's clear why they already have so many negative reviews.

We told the same elderly woman that only one side had been sewn. She accused us that we had torn it ourselves, than she said we never told her and on, and on she went. I told her I would put a review about her business, and she said I could do whatever I wanted and that she didn't care. Another woman intervened, and she apologized and said to leave it and they would take care of it, again. On our third visit it had been sewn, but not completely.
