9/16/19 my husband took our car to have the driver side window fixed as a rock shattered it. In 41 years this was the first time something had happened as we had several cars in the past so naturally we were shaken and frantic. Called Ace and our insurance company and it was smoothly handled as my husband took the car in and said they fixed it in less than one hour! I wasn't there with him but he said they had excellent service and was fast which he liked and very professional! So comforting to have this company near where we live in case it happens again! I went in for a quote, the lady behind the desk has no customer service, she needs to work on her customer service skills, just imagine the tech must have the same attitude as she does. I was willing to do my business there, but decided to go somewhere else. I was drawn to there because I had a coupon, I also has friends that need to replace there windshields, so I did not recommend them to this business. Lost a customer. read more

Driving home one night, I noticed a huge crack in my car's front windshield (I had no clue where it came from because I didn't notice any glass chips). Since Hawaii has roads full of potholes and I drive over speed bumps to get into and out of the parking structure for work, I panicked - what if I go over a speed bump one day and my windshield completely breaks?! (I'm a pretty paranoid person...can you tell?) Ace Auto Glass is about a 5-minute drive from my house (next to Marujyu Market, across Waimalu Elementary School in Aiea), and my dad recommended this company to me so why not. I noticed the crack on a Monday night and called on Tuesday to make an appointment for Wednesday afternoon - how great is that! Since the crack was rather large, I had to purchase an entire new windshield and molding (they are able to fix cracks that are smaller than a quarter). Since I drive a pretty common car (2007 Toyota Corolla), everything was in stock; Lucky me! Come Wednesday afternoon, I went down to drop off my car and my dad met up with me to take me home since they mentioned it would take about an hour-half to complete the job. The service guy who drove my car into the garage inspected the glass and showed me where the crack stemmed from - apparently there was a chip in my windshield but it was under one of my windshield wiper blades (strange...) My car was ready in an hour and a half later and my bill came out to $350, which I was told from multiple people that is a good price. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience with Ace Auto Glass in Aiea and I will definitely be returning for any future car glass repairs. I was pleased with how efficient and well-communicated the receptionist and the technician were with me. I'd have to say a downside would be their hours of operation since most people start work before 8 am and end after 4:30 pm. I recommend you call before you visit the shop and explain what you need done since you will need to schedule an appointment to get any repairs done and to see if the necessary parts are in stock or if it needs to be ordered. read more

Awesome, quick service! Changed out our front windshield, and only took about an hour. My bf had questions about waterspots, and before we purchased a bottle of their cleaner , the installer took the time to show my bf how to properly use it. The receptionist was also very friendly. Had an unfortunate incident that damaged my windshield. I had called Honda Windward to see what I needed to do. The agent there suggested I call either Ace Auto Glass or another company. Well, being that AAG was just down the street from where I live, I called them. I have to say, Jennifer was AWESOME!!! She was friendly, compassionate, and made me feel very comfortable. The price quote I received was much less than what I had imagined or had been quoted with other companies. I didn't go through my insurance because it would have cost much more. Jennifer even worked around my schedule to ensure the van would be fixed by a certain time. I can't rave about this company enough. This place was absolutely amazing! I called the day before to see if they had my window in stock and did and I was able to make an appointment to get it fixed the next day. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful! When I went in this morning they took my car in right away and I was in and out in less than an hour! Fastest fix I've ever gotten done! My windshield was completely destroyed due to unfortunate events. Aloha Mobile Auto Glass was recommend by a friend. I was 100% impressed with their service. I called on a holiday ( Labor Day) however they were able to come a fix my windshield the following day. They came in at the best price, great service and fixed my windshield in under 30 minutes. Simply AWESOME!! This is the second time we've used this place and I continue to be impressed. This time it was the side passenger window. Called a bit before they opened, and Shadell actually answered. She checked stock, had what I needed scheduled my same day appointment for 9:00 am! I had a rock chip my windshield and submitted for a quote online. Received the quote the next morning and I called to see if they could take me and I was so happy they could. Dropped the car off and the woman at the front was so pleasant and I also believe she was the branch manager. When they tell you it will be ready in half an hour they really mean it. The car was pretty much done by the time we got done eating. I would definetly refer this place to anyone needing a repair. The customer service is awesome. Friday night I found a huge crack on my windshield! Most shops were closed for the weekend so I had to wait till Monday morning. After a couple recommendations for this shop I gave them a call. Shondell I believe her name, scheduled us the soonest appointment the very next morning! Took it in at 8 and they took my keys right away! It took about 2 hours for them to replace. Also on Yelp I used the check in to get 25$ off windshield replacement and labor! So happy I got my new windshield and didn't have to wait 10 days for an appointment! Great customer service! We went to Ace Auto Glass to get our windshield repaired from a crack caused by a small rock. We were late due to heavy traffic and called to let them know. They were very understanding and took us in immediately once we got there, about 15 minutes after our appointment time. There was no waiting area, but we didn't plan to stick around the shop to wait anyway. We headed to the other shops around the area and ended up getting a call about 15 minutes later that they didn't have enough material and are waiting for more materials being delivered at 1p. With the traffic and all, we arranged to come back at 230p. Another 5 minutes pass and we get another call that their technician was able to squeeze out enough from their last tube to repair our little crack. It didn't take them any longer than 45 minutes to get the job done and done well. We're happy to experience great service and we intend to use Ace Auto Glass in Aiea again in the future. read more

This place is awesome! Someone tried to break into my car and broke my back window so I had to get a replacement and when I called them they were able to take me the next day. They were really nice and I am glad that they were able to take me as soon as possible. I would definitely go back to them if I need another window replaced. :) read more

After dealing with about 3 other auto glass dealers, (including one that took a deposit to refund it 3 weeks later saying they couldn't order my window), I decided to use Ace, they were brief and to the point on the ordering process and took my deposit on the same day I called. After only 7 business days they called to schedule an installment. The receptionists told me it would take approx. 2 hrs. Which was accurate! Upon retrieving my vehicle I saw the installer open the drivers door from the inside, which startled me as the handle had broken 3 weeks earlier, I asked how he did that and he said he noticed what was going on with it and fixed the problem ( a problem my dealer said would cost $300 plus). This place is amazing, they fixed my window in a timely manner and had very reasonable prices, and the installer saved me $300, the staff was polite and courteous. I emailed them on Saturday (they were closed) and first thing this morning (Monday), I got an email from them. I called and they could see me this afternoon. I got there a bit early and they quickly took me in. In fact, they were done in less than 30 minutes. The service was quick, the quality was great and the receptionist was friendly. I had a very unfortunate series of events happen to me recently. One of which including two of my windows being busted in from theft. Ace got me in the next day. Their price quote was cheaper than others including safelite. After the Windows got replaced, more bad luck struck. I had an old/worn part which holds the glass. It had given way and I had to return to ace the next day. They got me in first thing in the morning since I called when they were about to close. Even though I was upset I had to return, customer service was still friendly and patient. This shop had mercy on my unfortunate events and got me a new part and warranty.
