Needed to have tint removed for Maryland safety inspection. Wilbur was great from the 1st call and was able to get me in the same day (within an hour! and job only took an hour. We will definitely be back for our tinting needs. In this area, I would say this is the best place I have found - the other place DOES NOT have air conditioning in the waiting room and their customer service has something to be desired so I would say if you need tint removed or done on your car, Wil is your dude!! read more

I was able to schedule appointment promptly and have my windows tinted in my SUV. The driver side tint wrap began to peel however I was able to come in and receive great customer service and it was immediately fixed and looks just as amazing as it did before.! read more

DO NOT GO TO ACE AUTO LOUNGE! Charles, wilbert Diaz and someone named bear work there. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and worst customer service ever. They tinted my car in august, after a month of chasing them they finally saw me again to redo the job. That same day the had cut the tint short. I showed it to them. They had to redo it again and now it's short from the top. They would not fix it and Charles the owner told me to take him to small claims court. Very unprofessional and dishonest shop. I do not recommend this. I read their reviews and it looked like they have damaged someone's car and have not paid them for it. They broke someone's key and said they would replace it and have stopped responding to them. Save yourself time and all the headache that comes from this place and go somewhere else. read more

I should have NEVER came here. I dropped my brand new Tesla Model 3 off for window tint. After picking my car up, I noticed damage on the black chrome delete ( window frame ). I bought five cars to there place to get tint within a week. I was there three different days. I have made three appointments. They are very busy, every time I dropped off my car and I asked for the time they need to get it done. I returned back after 2-3 hours. There are two times, I came back and able to pick up the car right away. There is one time, I have waited 40 minutes more after return. I guess with the discount they offer, they are always busy. They did a great job on all five cars, I didn't see any bubble or any defect on any windows so far. My windows are done three weeks ago. I recommend my friends and family to hire them to do the tint. Be sure to make appointment and drop off car there, prepare to come back around 2-3 hours. They didn't open the waiting area(indoor). If you decided to wait there, be prepared to stay outdoor under the extreme heat sun. read more

Two weeks ago we had my daughters VW Jetta windows tinted at Ace Auto Lounge. We were told to give the tint 4 days to cure. We did that and upon further inspection found numerous bubbles and poor workmanship. We returned the vehicle to the shop for a repair and they told us to comeback in two weeks, which we did. Today, we were told we would have to wait for the repair (6 cars ahead of us). I asked for refund and they denied us. I highly suggest you not use them for car window tinting. read more

First of all there was NO communication. When I came in I expected to get greeted or something. Instead someone randomly came up to me and asked for my keys and percentage for my tint. Didn't even ask what kind of film I wanted to use. Second of all they messed up my seats. My seats are light colored and so delicate that even a drop of water will stain my seat. It left ugly water marks on all of my back seat that I had to clean myself for it to come off which didn't have to do if they just protected the seats. Let me not forget to mention they have bad attitudes whether on the phone or in person! I called to ask questions regarding my appointment and they were disgustingly unprofessional. Lastly, they did a bad tint job. On the driver side they cut the film to short so now there's a gap of no tint. On the passenger side they didn't cut properly I had to use scissors and tweezers to fix the mess they made bc they left pieces sticking out that wasn't appealing. The only good thing I can say is that the only spot they left bubbles was the back. The bubbles were big and very noticeable which is annoying but there's nothing I can do about it now. On the other hand the barber they are partnered with, Glen, is very polite and cool and cuts hair very good. I definitely recommend people to go to Glen for haircuts but will not recommend to visit this place for tinting it's not worth it. read more

They deserve no stars. Stop going here. They do not know how to install tint properly even after re-doing 3 times. They dont not take care of your car, water stains in the inside and outside, dripping all over the buttons and speakers, Even put a scratch on my back seat. Mind you its a brand new car. The tech met me outside and went over exactly what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns or places he needed to pay extra attention to. I had my vehicle's windows tinted with these folks after one of them gave me their business card at car wash. I decided to give them opportunity and business. Bubbles all over the place in tint even after a month, uneven tint cut with open crevices where explanation was "its computer cut" plus it was not the tint I had requested and paid for as quoted, which was nano ceramic!! After redoing it twice with them, same results. I then took my vehicle to my own tint guy for last 2 decades and work redone completely and correctly. The Ace team went above and beyong to clean my car and get rid of a very bad smell coming from an animal that died in my car and eliminate any hazard linked to the smell.
