There are many phone prompts before you reach a person who asks questions and then sends you to the survey. It is time consuming and worthless. You can complete certain actions online like ordering refills, but you cannot speak to a pharmacist apparently. This system is broken. Shame.

We have sympathy for all pharmacy workers; during Covid they have been overworked and stressed, and we appreciate what they've done.

There was a review of this salon 2 weeks ago and the writer said they were going to start cutting their own hair. I am getting close to doing the same. I don't know why that review was not available when i checked before i made this appointment. Only saw it after the fact. Two bad reviews of this salon in 2 weeks should give pause for consideration. Really very disappointing experience and I hope this review helps others avoid the same. For a first time at this salon the experience was mundane. The outcome was not what I was looking for, even when I brought pictures. I am very disappointed that I wasted my time at this salon. And every time I feel my head or walk past the mirror I am reminded that this haircutter did not style my hair. She pretty much just boxed in my head. Maybe I will feel differently in time when it grows in and if I do I will definitely come back and adjust this review. I promise. This is a terrible haircut!
