First time EVER being seen by a chiropractor and it wont be my last! Starting with my experience from speaking to the receptionist then being seen by Dr. Michael and after Dr. Ted. I mostly went into the office for a general reallignment and also because I work 9-10 hours on a computer. My hands were starting to feel really sore after a days work. Before my appointment I spoke to the receptionist she told me what my insurance would cover, and also that the doctors would be able to take care of me. Stepping into the office I was quite nervous. Dr. Michael was able to see me and sat me down so he could get to know my body and what needed work. Dr. Michael gave me really great tips and stretches that I could do to fix a lot of my pain. As well as working out suggestions that I will use on a daily bases. Soon after he led me into the massage space where I received the therapeutic massage by Dr. Ken. Dr. Ken really did magic. I found it hard to relax my muscles and kept resisting during the massage but he was very patient and worked with me. Towards the end I was starting to relax a lot more where he was able to get more work done. At the end I felt like a brand new person. Then after, Dr. Michael came back in to reassure I was okay, and to do the realignment. This is the part that I was the most nervous about, but after the massage and getting to know the staff a bit. I felt at ease. Dr. Michael finished the realignment within 5 minutes. Overall, amazing experience.... I will definitely be making this a recurring meeting. I'm in the animation industry and I had no idea the bad form of my daily posture at the desk caused so many issues. My husband swears by Dr. Michael. He is a regular at the office. He always tells me to go in for an adjustment. Dr. Michael has improved his posture and his daily work related pain tremendously. Recently, I had a muscle injury in my neck and the pain was excruciating from my neck down to my upper back! I called the office and they were able to see me on that very same day. I went in and after a very careful intake of my information and asking me several questions pertaining to my injury, they made sure to begin treating me right away and gave me everything I needed to start on the road to recovery. I was there for over 1.5hrs and dealt with various types of treatments and educational information, which all assisted with improving my pain. They treated me with electric therapy, massage therapy and an adjustment. I left there feeling amazing with a massive improvement because there was a huge decrease in my pain level. It's a lucky find that I found Dr. Michael & his staff via yelp! I came in to his office due to my lower back hurting for over two months. I was also way over due for seeing a chiropractor since I have scoliosis! From the moment you walk into his office to the moment you leave your taken care of. My first session a few weeks ago was amazing, but I wanted to wait to write a review. After all, isn't the first visit always good? Then you write the great review... and then things go downhill? So now that it's been about a month (tonight is my 5th session) and things are surprisingly STILL AMAZING. I came in with lower back pain that shot down through my butt into my leg. Felt like sciatica. I hope for your sake that you have no idea what I'm talking about. My neck had limited range of motion as well. After about 6 months of the pain, I thought, "Welp, this is my life now" and learned to not move my neck too much and I adjusted the way I slept and sat and stood and basically lived. After just a few sessions, my neck pain is almost completely gone. There's still tightness, but that's just due to my own bad habits. It'll continue to improve, I know it. Now, to my back pain, which is the main reason I started going here and will continue to go here even if it's out of my insurance network (and thus costs me more.) Every session starts with a deep tissue massage. Honestly, that alone is worth the cost. This isn't like any ol' massage at a local strip mall. Their massage technician knows muscles, how to work them, and also how to keep me from tensing up despite how hard he sometimes goes. (It's worth the pain, trust me, but he'll ease up if you ask.) I also like that the person who does the massage is not the same person who does the adjustments and other work. I also like that the doctor is trying different methods on me. Other chiropractors I go to feel like they're on auto-pilot when I walk in the door. Here, I don't always get the same treatment every week. What I get done depends on how I feel that day... and they're always good about asking how I feel, right at the start. In one month we've done a mix of stretching, electro stim, adjustments, and of course the massages... and tonight I'm adding in cupping. The doctor also rubs CBD oil on my muscles, which is something I had been wanting to try. This is a lot of stuff they do in a single session, and they aren't nickel-and-diming you for it. Cupping is extra, but all that other stuff I listed-- that's all just part of the one fee. The only downside is that I'm not sure what exactly is working... but hey, it's working. I'm moving out of state in 6 weeks and am hoping we can resolve my back issues in that time. I just wish I had gone to ACE 6 months ago when the pain started.... but better late than never I guess! read more

I have experience with many Chiropractors and MASSAGE therapists. I feel wonderful after my chiropractic adjustment and sport's massage. I entered with severe hip pain that lasted for a month. One day after my visit, I am pain free! Was the massage intense, yes but I wanted relief so I followed directions and breathed through it. The Dr was clear, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
