The owner accused me of me making the damage to my brand new dress, that I haven't had a wedding to wear it to yet, and ruining it myself. Then he decides to keeps it to "get the stains out". I knew it wasn't going to work, it was ruined. So I went back the next day to pick it up, of course no better. He then proceeded to try and charge me again for cleaning it. Not paying sir!!! Proceeds to yell at me with his son to leave his store and talk down to a crying bride to be!!! So not only did this cause me emotional stress and I had to go buy a new dress last minute. $$$ I couldn't truly afford. PLEASE don't make the same mistake, do research on dry cleaners and read up on how they do this on purpose to ladies wedding gowns. I also learned I do not have a leg to stand on, they get away with this often. Ladies be sure to take your dress to a legit place that cares for your gowns!
