I called the day prior to get an estimate on a specific type of garment and was quoted with a starting price. I dropped the item off the next day and was told it'd be ready for pickup 5 days from drop off which was totally fine since it wasn't a rush cleaning. The gentleman who helped me was polite and quick to get my info into the computer. I was able to quickly setup my payment method on my phone, apply a fantastic coupon and pre-pay for my item. The owner accused me of me making the damage to my brand new dress, that I haven't had a wedding to wear it to yet, and ruining it myself. Then he decides to keeps it to "get the stains out". I knew it wasn't going to work, it was ruined. So I went back the next day to pick it up, of course no better. He then proceeded to try and charge me again for cleaning it. Not paying sir!!! Proceeds to yell at me with his son to leave his store and talk down to a crying bride to be!!! So not only did this cause me emotional stress and I had to go buy a new dress last minute. $$$ I couldn't truly afford. PLEASE don't make the same mistake, do research on dry cleaners and read up on how they do this on purpose to ladies wedding gowns. I also learned I do not have a leg to stand on, they get away with this often. Ladies be sure to take your dress to a legit place that cares for your gowns! He never gave me my money back or to replace my dress and of course didn't even apologize to me. I was just in such shock I didn't even stand up for myself the way I should've. Here is the karma that he put out in the universe. If my experience and honesty saves one person from the pain I went through it is worth everything!

When I asked what was going on, she mentioned that she didn't know what the price would be and that she was working with the owner to determine the pricing for these curtains. She later said that they wouldn't know what the cost would be I told her that I was confused since she had given me a quote on the phone and she said, "well, I just guessed because I didn't know what they would be like" despite me giving her a very detailed description of what I was trying to bring in. I told her that I would be leaving since I didn't want to leave that behind without pricing and she was encouraging me to leave them all behind or to leave at least one panel behind so that she could get back to me with pricing. I declined. Seems awful unprofessional to lie to customers on the phone to get them to come in and then on top of that, to not offer a quote when you're staring at the product live. I wouldn't return here and would not recommend this business to anyone else.

Today upon picking it up, all the brand new leather findings were destroyed. I was told 'it was not their fault', and that no discount was being offered, and I need to 'pay and go' after asking for a solution now that I had to repair said items. Female owner was argumentative and not at all open to an amicable solution, and told me 'i will black list you from all other dry cleaners' by phone call due to my asking for a solution to destroying my coat. Female owner let me know she was the victim in this situation. Her overreaction and completely unprofessional behavior was shocking to say the least! An attempt at calm negotiation was met with letting me know she thought I was 'a liar' about the newness of my leather findings. I will never again use this cleaner and you shouldn't either unless you like destroyed items and a blatant disregard for customer service. DO NOT USE this dry cleaner!!!
