Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how another concern was handled during my visit. When I got into my car to leave, there was a very noticeable gasoline/exhaust smell coming through the air vents. I immediately brought it to the attention of one of the employees sitting at the desks near the entrance. He came outside, got into the car, and confirmed that he could smell it as well. However, despite acknowledging the odor, he did not offer to have someone inspect the vehicle or determine where the smell was coming from. I explained that I am very sensitive to strong odors, and his solution was to spray a deodorizer inside the car. Unfortunately, that only added another strong scent and did nothing to address the actual problem. I became nauseous driving home because of the fumes coming through the vents. My biggest frustration is that this could have potentially been addressed while I was already there. Whether it is something as simple as a filter needing to be changed or an issue that requires further inspection, someone should have at least checked it--especially after an employee confirmed the smell himself. Now I have to schedule yet another appointment and return AGAIN, after already having to come back a second time following my visit a week ago. That is a huge inconvenience. With the current heat, driving without air conditioning isn't a realistic option, but running the A/C or vents with that smell coming through is unbearable. I appreciate the excellent care Brian consistently provides, but I'm extremely disappointed that a legitimate concern about my vehicle was acknowledged and then essentially dismissed when it could have been investigated while I was already there.

I am in the middle of finding out who did the inspection because I will be turning them in for falsify records. So many promises made; however, they were just lies to move you along. I bought a BMW from this "dealership" and as soon as I got it home, airbag lights, seatbelt lights, check engine light and front headlight malfunction lights all came on. The hard shell convertible top is even leaking! The owner promised to fix it; however, it was a lie. Car Experts Groups is a total sham and they scam people intentionally. I paid cash for the car and now I have to spend well over $3,000 to hopefully fix the oil pan, gaskets, drain the oil because the wrong oil was put in the car! (How ignorant can you be to do that!), replace seals to prevent leaks, install an entire underbody protection kit because the vehicle is missing the protector for the cables going from the engine to the battery. These are just the mechanical issues that I know of yet. The headlight mechanism is $1,200 and I haven't even gotten a quote on the airbag and seatbelt lights, that is something BMW will have to do. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! Liars and thieves! I don't know how people like this sleep at night....
