Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Lewisville - 2025 F150

This was the best buying experience ive ever had on a vehicle. I walked in and within less than a…read moreminute was greeted. I explained I was torn between a Chevy Z71 and wanted to look at the Fords. Told them what I was interested in and they brought one around that was a perfect fit for me to compare. I said, I was going to go back to Chevy and look again. During my time away to look, no one hassled me or pressured me. Chevy and my Credit would not allow zero interest as advertised, and the chevy was too chromed out for me. Came back to Sam Pack and was warmly greeted again. They worked with me and fought for me with Fords finance to get me a good interest rate. I really appreciated the help and ease. Thanks for listening to what I wanted and needed and helping me get a new truck. Highly Recommend

I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. My son purchased a vehicle on May…read more1st, and shortly afterward the car began having issues. Since the vehicle came with a 90-day bumper-to-bumper warranty, I advised him to return to the dealership for assistance. Unfortunately, he was repeatedly given the runaround until he was no longer able to return the vehicle. As a first-time car buyer, he relied on the guidance of the dealership staff. His salesperson, Caleb, stated that he was unfamiliar with the return policy, and sales manager Rob also appeared unable to clearly explain the company's policy. I eventually accompanied my son to the dealership to address the situation myself. Another manager, Cameran, was able to assist us, which we appreciated. However, we also encountered resistance and poor communication from a service technician before the issue was finally addressed. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially for a first-time buyer. I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before purchasing from this dealership.

A used Mercedes-Benz CLS550 they listed for $12,900. The car was stunning. Almost too stunning. We decided to purchase it and offered Ricky the full asking price. We needed extra cash to pay for taxes etc., So we asked him to hold the car and we would get the rest of the money to complete the deal the next day. We were so excited about this car that we could not sleep. We got the cash, drove to Lone Star Auto. The attitude changed. It's as if they realized the underpriced the car. Ricky said in a non-caring way, we can't sell you the car because we have no title. This is a LIE, because we spoke to other car dealerships and told them what happened. Why didn't Ricky mention that to us the day before we offered to buy the car for FULL ASKING PRICE? Typical shady car dealership. We wasted our time and emotions on them. Do not trust these people. PS. We ended up at the great dealership Car Land in Garland. We bought another Mercedes Benz full asking price. However, their customer service, honesty, and professionalism are worth a five star!

A few days later, we discovered that the car needed a new battery - called them, and they replaced it. They have a good variety of vehicles under $8000, so he didn't have to settle for a loss-leader. Keep in mind, these vehicles have high mileage, but the people want you to have a safe, reliable vehicle. They will help you if there are problems after the sale.

I purchased a truck from this dealership at the end of 2015. I decided to write a review now, in…read more2019, because a few things have always bothered me about the transaction. Here they are. They told me there had been one previous owner, that was true. They told me it was a commuter vehicle, explicitly claiming it was not a work truck. The first time time I washed it, a business logo appeared on the back windows. It can only be seen in certain light, with a thin layer of moisture applied. But, it does seem like it was, in fact, a work truck. Next up, come time around a year after purchase. Paint on hood, bumper and above wheels faded. The paint does not appear to be original on these parts. Lost their shine. I would speculate they aren't even the original parts. I do not know the details, but reviewing the carfax I see the vehicle was partially rebuilt just before the ownership transferred from the original owner to Charlton. But they did not mention that. Did they not know? Or did they just lie to me?. I guess when the dealer tells you something to your face, you have to check the carfax and not trust what they tell you. But I did not know that. I was young and naive (still am maybe). Thirdly, the salesman mentioned he had been driving the vehicle personally prior to the sale. I would rather not know that the salesmen drive around in the vehicles until they are sold. That kind of taints the experience, eh? Fourthly, when going over financials, the salesman asked how I made my money and complimented my salary. Next, he bragged that he, in fact, made more money than I did. Well, good for him. Not quite so professional, huh?

My car sat there for five days with absolutely no communication with me as to what was wrong. The did not listen to my issues when I brought it to them. It wouldn't have been half as frustrating if I could have been communicated with. I understand that my service person ended up getting sick, but there was no follow up from anyone else until I contacted the service manager. After five days, I did have it towed from there to a reputable service company who diagnosed the problem quickly (which Ford was not willing to do) and had it repaired in 3 days. I will not be using Five Star Ford of Lewisville service and would not recommend them to anyone else.

That was fine until it was time to actually do the work. You see Zack told my daughter that it was her battery and NOT the TCM even though she had documentation showing the codes for the TCM. Zack told my daughter that he didn't see them codes (after her engine light was OFF). The warranty expired 06/30/25 and Zack told her she'll have to pay out of pocket for the replacement EVEN THOUGH NORTH RICHLAND HILLS sent her there for the replacement. I called Zack and he told me "That's above my pay grade". It's hilarious how they talk to customers.
