For example, one of the other car dealerships prevented us from taking the car to an independent mechanic! You know they were hiding something with the car. Anyway, not only did Texas Cars Direct let us take the car to an independent mechanic, they were professional, not pushy like some of the other guys we dealt with, and easy to do business with. Mike, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for selling us the newest car in our company fleet! P.S. If you come across a clean, unmolested 1990 to 1993 Mustang convertible, give me a call!

There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

I'm used to waiting in my car for a while for a rep to become available, but she came up immediately, checked me in, and walked me through everything. She let me know about some in‑store deals that were even better than the online discounts I found, which let me take care of all the services I needed and some extras. During the service, Lissette was responsive, timely, and made the whole visit smooth. And I had a chance to talk to the manager Gary too who was making jokes and had a good demeanor and the technician sent a video walkthrough of my car being serviced, which was nice. Would recommend this location!

Francisco Cano's unprofessional and dismissive behavior was the single biggest reason this became…read moreone of the most frustrating and incompetent experiences I have ever had with a company. To be clear from the start, I completely understand Toyota's need to prevent fraud. My frustration is not with the security process itself, but with the lack of customer service, poor communication, and unnecessary obstacles, especially given that our situation was already confirmed internally. My friend sold her car to Toyota of Dallas and moved out of state. Toyota was supposed to mail her check in November. When it never arrived, she followed up in December and asked for a tracking number. She was told they could not find it, which strongly suggests it was never sent. She was then given two options: pick up the check in person or have it remailed. Because she no longer lives in Dallas, she asked if her friend (me) could pick it up instead. She explicitly asked whether any authorization or identification would be required. Toyota's response was, verbatim, that no additional authorization was needed as long as she was comfortable with me picking it up. Toyota had my name and acknowledged that I was approved to retrieve the check. After multiple attempts to reach accounting and several phone calls just to get the check prepared, I finally spoke with Francisco Cano. From the start, he was dismissive and rude, repeatedly cutting me off before I could finish a sentence. He insisted there was no way I could pick up the check, directly contradicting what other Toyota employees had already confirmed. To verify, I went back to my friend, who showed me written confirmation from another Toyota representative stating they had spoken with Francisco and that the check was ready for pickup. Despite this, when I arrived at Toyota of Dallas, Francisco again refused to release the check. He would not come speak to me and relayed his refusal through the front desk. When I finally spoke with him directly, he continued to interrupt me and refused to listen. His proposed solution was that I wait an additional month to speak with a colleague who was out of the office, meaning a check that was supposed to arrive in November would still not be received by February. This was despite the fact that the colleague had already confirmed authorization and had spoken to Francisco directly the day before. What made this experience especially frustrating was that there were many simple solutions available. I offered to FaceTime my friend. I offered to provide written authorization. I asked if they could simply mail the check to the address they already had on file. Francisco refused all of these options. Eventually, after I insisted that waiting another month was unacceptable, Francisco brought out his manager. The manager resolved the issue immediately and said, "We'll bring you the check right now." It truly was that easy. Even then, Francisco required me to FaceTime my friend and have her hold up her ID. When the check was finally handed to me, my name was clearly printed on the envelope as the authorized pickup person. Had Francisco taken even a few moments to review the information, speak with his colleagues, or approach the situation with professionalism, this entire ordeal could have been avoided. Again, I respect Toyota's need for security. What I do not respect is rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of effort. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and reflects very poorly on Toyota of Dallas and on Francisco Cano specifically.

The experience was smooth and he is very knowledgeable about every car he purchases and sells. He insured me that all my request would be completed which included ordering a 2nd pair of keys and detailing the vehicle. Kamiar also insisted on helping me search for competitive prices on maintenance and tuneups to make sure my car lasted a lifetime. (This assistance is rare/impossible to find in the car industry) If you're in the market for a vehicle I would highly recommend utilizing his service to meet your needs. 5 stars

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING…read more This is long overdue. I tried not leaving this review, but the public has to know. I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

I was sent an email with a appointment with Sia. He even sent me a short video of the vehicles. Pleasantly surprised. I walked in the following day and was asked a couple times if I was being helped. Although I went home empty handed and slightly disappointed Sia did provide me with useful info to prepare me for getting a Jeep in the future. Also, while he did his job, he invited me to make myself at home in the comfy waiting room. Would of been nice to have a choice of Hulu or Netflix on the tv screen but I did learn about all the staff AND the fact that they are Pro Pride and puppy friendly. Really wished I would of known about that as I just got a pup and would of liked to bring him along. When I do get my Jeep, I plan to go to Forest Lane!

From the first call to the moment I drove off, everything felt straightforward, honest, and actually enjoyable--which is rare when buying a car. The inventory is on a completely different level. You can tell these guys are true car enthusiasts, not just a typical dealership trying to push units. The car I purchased was exactly as described--no surprises, no games. They were transparent about everything and encouraged me to get a PPI, which gave me even more confidence in the purchase. The whole team was professional but still very laid back. No pressure at all, just good conversation and real knowledge about the cars they sell. Paperwork was quick and smooth, and they handled everything efficiently. What stood out the most is how much they actually care about the customer experience. You're not just another deal to them--they take pride in what they do, and it shows. If you're even thinking about buying a car from RPM Garage, just do it. I'll definitely be back for my next one.

After that fiasco I decided to visit RPM garage and look at their inventory, and they have some really nice cars! If you go here ask for Trinity, he was super helpful and communicative. He practically restored my faith in car dealerships. He even was kind enough to take the car to get a PPI (any dealership worth their salt should let you PPI a car), it underwent a full inspection including bore scoping, and he even paid to have the spark plugs changed out of his own pocket! RPM has a real nice showroom, if you're a car guy or just anyone who likes fast and good looking cars, you won't regret stopping by here! Super happy with my new (to me) Porsche! Edit: to the 0 start reviews, these are used cars and NOT certified pre-owned cars. The condition of the car is entirely dependent on how well it was maintained by the previous owners, that is why you pay the $200 and get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) so you're not left with thousands in repairs. Thought this was common knowledge...
