As long as I live in LA, this is where I will go to have an additional address to receive shipments. The ladies who work here are so friendly and professional, the service they provide is impeccable! For a private mail box (PMB) the prices are very reasonable, and far better than the Post Offices in downtown LA. There are many things I love about this business, and one of them, is that they email you when you receive a letter or a package. In that email, that inform you, whether it's a box or an envelope, and who it's from!!!!! How great is that?!?!?! I have never heard of any places doing something like that! Another thing I love about this place, every time I walk in, they are always smiling and welcoming. As long as I live in LA, I will gladly pay for the impeccable, above and beyond service they provide. Some other perks, it's always air conditioned inside, they have drinks and snacks you can from them, and tons of mailing materials/supplies. If your Yelp listing says you open 8:30 AM and if the sign on your door says you'll open at 8:30 AM but you don't....and your neighboring store, after waiting for quite a while says you might open maybe at 9:00 or maybe later, who knows.....well then there's something not right. I've had an account with ACE One Stop Mail Plus for several months now and I am satisfied with the services provided. I pick up my mail as well as large packages (mostly from Amazon.com) and occasionally use their computer to print documents. The staff is always kind and professional. Needing to get something notarized ASAP! In Hawaii, banks generally notarize everything, but I had no idea that in California, it was a bit more difficult. I tried to get my document notarized at Chase last night, where I am a customer. They basically told me that they only notarize financial/bank documents, and in addition to that, I needed an appointment. UGH. So this morning, since I work in downtown, I searched for something near my office. I found ACE on Yelp. I called as soon as they opened and they said they have a notary available. No appointment needed. I walk in and Carrie was so sweet. Notarized my document right away. Quick & easy. And she even scanned my document into my personal email for me. And the price is right. Pretty shady. It's an Asian woman and Caucasian male who own this shop and keep their own personal keys to each mailbox. I immediately read both of them and they are shady people. Many packages I ordered just never came, including 2 road bikes and an electric scooter. I paid for a P.O. Box there for three months up front, but I never had any mail sent there after my mail and packages disappeared without any offer to help find them, check next door or some other normal suggestion that might lead me away from believing that she and her husband are low-key mail and package thieves. I love coming into this store. A great place for last minute copying or last minute emergency deadline that you had to fix some of the paperwork before filing with the court. They have computer, fax, mail out service, mail box, key duplicate, etc. I came in for mostly copying paper before filing with the court and once in a blue moon used her notary service. The price is reasonable and lower in compare with other one stop shop near the court area. The people are really nice and personal. read more

I've had a mailbox here for two years. I only paid for a smalll but soon I was getting larger and larger packages, even though I offered, they didn't take extra money for the large boxes I was getting, but this year I paid to get large packages. I noticed a woman on here said she was missing several packages after getting a box with them, this must be a competitor because packages can all be traced these days, we have computers, you know?, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I got home late tonight and called to ask if they could stay open late for me. They did without hesitation. They are very good people and the store is always clean and organized. I can't believes there is no reviews on this place. They are fantastic!!! Super friendly and helpful. I rent a p.o. Box there and it's so much better then a post office. I get e mails on the day of when a package or piece of mail comes in. They include who it is from as well. I think it's family owned. I will never give up my box with them. This place was great. Needed a mailing address to form my LLC and these guys have the best rates in the city for a box. You get emails every time you get mail telling you who the mail is from. I also had an extremely large box get accidentally sent to this address and they were totally cool about it. Held it for me until I could get there. They're also extremely nice.
