My grandmother passed away in December and my job sent a "package" to my mailing address which is my mailbox. With my work schedule and etc., I was unable to retrieve my package. Warning, it cost's $1.45 to print a return label. To print from their computers, it costs $0.45 and $1 to be on the computer. One would assume emailing them the return label and having them print it would only cost $0.45, but they charged $1.45, "the same price if you print it yourself". read more

FedEx is really hard to find in LA. This location has a parking lot right in front of the store. We had 2 really heavy packages that 2 small girls like ourselves needed help with, and the man working inside brought out a dolly and carried them in for us! We had visited another location down the road that didn't have a dolly so we had to go to this location, and happy we did! read more

Excellent place to handle all your shipping and mail needs! They're ultra reliable, honest and offer oustanding value for your money. I've been a mailbox customer for a while and the service has been top-notch. Seriously, they usually see me walking up to the front door and have the mail ready before I make it to the counter. They're that good. If you've dealt with the bigger players like Mailboxes Etc., you know there are usually big lines. Even doing something simple like sending a fax can take 10-15 minutes of your time. Here, you're always taken care of immediately, every time. I've never had a piece of mail lost nor received something not addressed to me. Having dealt with multiple MBE locations in the past (both in the United States and Mexico), they would constantly screw up. Plus their service fees are 2-3 times as much as here! Parking isn't an issue either, there's a dedicated spot out front reserved for customers and you can always get a place in the lot. No validation or any other headaches, either. I wanted to take a moment to call out the extraordinary customer service I received from Han at Wilshire Mailbox. I have used Wilshire Mailbox to send several FedEx packages over the last two years - and I've had good experiences every time. This week there was a mix-up with one of my packages (due to no fault of Wilshire Mailbox) and the package was returned to Wilshire Mailbox after it had been confirmed as 'delivered' by FedEx. Wilshire Mailbox called me right away - I am so grateful because I would never have known that there had been a problem unless they called me. The clerk is terribly rude, lacks the most basic customer service skills and wouldn't even look at you without a sense of disdain. Walk in with a smile, and they will smile back. I went here to get a couple of documents notarized. The notary was quick and efficient. The fee is comparable with other vendors - $10 per notarized signature. They accepted a pre-labeled package to be picked up by FedEx and provided me with a FedEx envelope for the notarized documents. It looked busy, but I was out of there within five minutes. As stated earlier, they are quick efficient. They accepted my American Express, so that's a bonus. First of all i have been coming to this location for a while. the owner is super cool and the girls who works there are always warm and friendly. i dont understand why people say nasty things. first off if you go in any business with attitude sometimes you will get an attitude back. clerks and business owners are people too you know. And the notary guy is really easy to deal with. if he is not there then he is not there. Notaries dont sit in one place waiting for people who needs one. thats why they have a business phone so you can check first. other than that. This place is good esp when i myself can use tape and things i need when shipping. they are warm and friendly. read more

I couldn't believe that there wasn't a line at FedEx on a weekend afternoon. Parking is hard to come by in the adjacent lot, however, there was plenty of street parking spaces available. The service is quick and attentive. I will come back here for all of my shipping needs. read more
