They were able to move the table and get it installed during the scheduled time. Since the rails needed replacing, they came back a few weeks later with the renewed rails and finished the table installation. They also helped us out with choosing out felt type and color. And WOW - our old table plays like new again. And the new felt color looks great. These guys really know their stuff - they are friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell they are passionate about the sport. They really care about what they do, and their customers. The avocado looked to be about half of a medium avocado, very ripe and fresh, and the pico de gallo was also fresh and plentiful. There were enough black beans to balanced the dish, and a huge dollop of sour cream, which for some reason I love on nachos even though they have a bunch of cheese. Of all the restaurant experiences I've had in the last ten years, this is one of only a few that have been outstanding in quality and value. I'll try the Wednesday pizza next - I'm a bit of a connoisseur of that, too, and it's half-price on Wednesday.

I also noticed what appeared to be certain customers receiving noticeably heavier pours than others. Whether intentional or not, customers should never be able to see that kind of inconsistency. What was most concerning was watching a regular customer fall and hit his head so hard that the entire building heard it. Instead of showing concern or handling the situation professionally, the bartender's response was, "He does this all the time," and she seemed more annoyed than worried. I honestly can't wrap my head around how the situation was handled. Regardless of whether someone is a regular or has fallen before, a head injury should always be taken seriously and treated with care and professionalism. I left almost immediately after seeing how that was handled. The only bright spot of the evening was the server working the floor. She was, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Management, please do better. Your bartender's attitude and lack of concern for customers reflected poorly on your establishment. Customer service and safety should always come first.
