The menu has some pretty authentic Irish Pub style food and an extensive drink menu as well. Both our meals were served in a reasonable amount of time and were hot and fresh. We seated ourselves and even let the bartender know we were there, then waited about 10 minutes before anyone bothered to come over. We ordered two beers and two pizzas. We had enough time to finish both beers while watching our waitress and the bartender stand around talking at the bar. The bartender even had time to drink a White Claw, but apparently nobody had time to make sure our food was coming. Eventually, our waitress told us the pizzas were done but "weren't crispy enough," so they were put back in the oven. After already waiting so long, that excuse was hard to believe. Another 15 minutes passed with no pizzas, no updates, and no apology. We finally paid for our beers and left hungry. The most shocking part is that there are very few places like this on Aurora's west side. You would think a neighborhood bar with so little competition would value every customer who walks through the door. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience. If this is how they handle a nearly empty bar, I'd hate to see what happens when they're actually busy. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that acts like it wants customers.

The venue even let us in earlier than requested to set up our decor. We would definitely recommend this venue for a bridal/baby shower or birthday party - any special event that is smaller in numbers. The venue has been advertising a new addition to the space next to building but it seems the construction has haulted. It is a shame because it is a bit of an eyesore - BUT, if they complete this addition, it will be beautiful. Hope they are able to complete it. The Gray's Mills has history with it's town so I hope locals will continue to support it. When we come back to visit our son and my new daughter-in-law, we will definitely be back for a visit - especially if the weather is nice!! The avocado looked to be about half of a medium avocado, very ripe and fresh, and the pico de gallo was also fresh and plentiful. There were enough black beans to balanced the dish, and a huge dollop of sour cream, which for some reason I love on nachos even though they have a bunch of cheese. Of all the restaurant experiences I've had in the last ten years, this is one of only a few that have been outstanding in quality and value. I'll try the Wednesday pizza next - I'm a bit of a connoisseur of that, too, and it's half-price on Wednesday.

We were well taken care of by the bartender at the far end with the long straight black hair.
