Pricing and total cost was very good. -They worked with me when it came to the total and final payment. -They used good parts to replace the old ones Instead of market parts that wouldn't fit correctly. -This place is close to my house so that was definitely a plus. -Martha and staff are nice and reasonable -I would use this company again for future repairs that may be needed. __________________________________________________ (( Cons )) -I will say everything went pretty good besides the wait time. That was the only con. It did take an extra week to be done when Martha said it would be but I totally understood. Prior to turning in my car for repair January 31st 2022 I did some research and concluded that most parts for so many car models in the nation were on back order or slow due to staffing shortages and other Covid related factors. Absolutely worst experience of my life. Never have I ever felt the anxiety I felt while this place had my car for 3 months!!! Or should I say didn't have my car. Soooo let's get into it. Someone reached out to me from this place and picked my car up, they took it to another shop and never told me, I would call about my car and never got a reply, I would ask for pictures and never got them, I drive down there and the was way not there!!!!! 3 months later my car is retired looking worse!! They added 2000 miles to my engine!!!!! I reported them to BAR and it turns out the shop that these people took my car to isn't even a licensed place! Lol they are recommending I sue them which I absolutely am! The. They try to scare you and wash their hands clean of everything by saying they didn't take it there and she had no control what her employees do because she doesn't have control of that!? Really!? Ace Quality made my accident experience a nightmare and provided sub par quality services. There were several broken promises as they switched my pick up date at least 3 times which led me to drop off my rental beforehand because I was paying it out of my own pocket. They had my vehicle for 35 days. When I finally went to pick it up, there was new scratches and some minor unfixed damage on my vehicle that they overlooked. Small things that they could of easily been fixed with the time they had with my vehicle, but instead it was left to me to handle on my own. Carelessness, and lack of detail. They do not care about you. I was also left with a car rental bill that I ended up paying hundreds out of my own pocket and they have done/did nothing to help in getting it back from the insurance, even after promising several times and assuring me I would get it back. Overall the main damage was repaired, but I was left very disappointed at their incredible lack of detail and lack of courtesy to my vehicle. I would not definitely come back. I can an accident back in February (10-12) one of those days. Everything with the insurances companies was settled and this company received the check to fix our truck. It's been past three months now (mid May) going on four. We have no update on when the truck will be ready. Everytime I call the lady Martha is surprisingly never their! My dad stopped by a few times to try and get and update and guess what Martha was nowhere to be found and the workers have no idea what's going on. I will be reporting this to the BBB, I think there's some sort of fishy business going on here. I requested a call back that I wonder if I'll get. I'm starting to wonder if we'll get our truck back. My car was sent to this body shop through my insurance due to a car accident. The car is a 2015 Mazda 6, and the damages were dents on the passenger side door, dents above the R front tire, as well as the front R car being slightly pushed in (when turning the wheel all the way to the right there was a clicking sound that wasn't there before). The car was returned to me in a newer condition than when I first bought it. He perfectly fixed the pearl body paint of the original coating, fixed the alignment and removing that clicking sound, and perfectly fixed the other damages. The customer was phenomenal as well, because of the timely response from Diego. Whenever I had a question or anything of the such, he got back to me within the same day. I never give a bad review on any business. But I just had to on this one. My mom took her car here since October 2016 and the owner of this place never did a damn thing to my moms car to this date. Always gave her the run around on when the car will be ready for her to pick it up. Fast fwd finally got fed up went with my step dad to see the progress of the work and to my surprise nothing was ever done to truck for over 9 months . When I confronted the owner of why nothing was done he claimed he was making my mom a favor and trying to get the parts for the vehicle for a cheaper price. Really dude it takes that long? I brought my car here to get "fixed." They took parts off the car before the insurance went through and kept it for 2 months 3 weeks and 2 days (84 days). I got the car back...the paint immediate began to chip away. Went to a car wash and paint stripped off...brought the car back and it was "my fault" the hood wasn't fixed hydraulics will not hold the hood up and it was bellow the fender on the driver side. Air bag light went on but they decided it wasn't from the collision in was in (it wasn't on the before the accident) they didn't want to deal with the insurance they just wanted the money so they just agreed with the adjuster to fix as little as possible. To this day my the paint continues to chip away and I hope karma shines light on their unprofessional business practices. read more
