Montebello Autocraft did an amazing job with our car. Unfortunately we had an attempted break in of our car but they were recommended by our insurance company which turned out to be one of the happier things to happen. They were very professional and polite and just like they promised got a hold of me the next day to let me know they had ordered the parts needed. I thought it was going to be the same as taking it to the dealer and have it for two weeks but a day and a half later we had it back with everything working properly and they even cleaned it up for us. So if you want reliable and professional service give them a try because I don't think you'll be disappointed. As far as value I'm not sure of the cost because it was taken care of by our insurance so you'll have to do a little research on that because there was no out of pocket expense for us. I was in a car accident that completely side swept my mercedes C300 causing my front bumper to be ripped off in the process. I took my car to Montebello autocraft for an inspection and immediately knew this was the right shop for me. I was told my car would be ready in about 14 days and my car was only there for 1 week! My once ripped off bumper and broken headlight look impeccable now! They even returned my car sparkling clean and vacuumed. Staff is very welcoming and only quote you on what you need done. I dropped off my Car on April 28th. The repair did there job in the Cost. They send to the Insurance company. On May 9th the insurance company said it would take 3 to 4 to get the check. I had my car repaired last year around March. At first i didn't notice much until i began to spot certain areas of the unfinished damages. The front of ny hood can out uneven with the latch not fitting properly, the front bumper not placed right in the area where a slight hole sticks out, &the headlamps not even being properly placed so my headlights needed to be fixed. I hear front suspension rattle noises. This body shop keeps it focused on being a "looker" than rather having honest repairs. Seeing how many body-men&painters they have staffed don't fully do the work 100%. "Henry Gonzalez" really played the part to screw my vehicle over. If anyone does read this review, from experience spend your insurance funds at another body shop that will take great car to your vehicle.
