I was attempting to parallel park along the curb--with a vehicle behind me even offering guidance on how to maneuver--when your company driver, who was stopped directly behind me, began honking his horn repeatedly while the light was still red. When the light turned green, I pulled away and abandoned my attempt to park--turning into St. James Street--specifically to allow your company driver to pass. However, as he continued to follow me, he still did not stop honking his horn aggressively from behind. Consequently, I pulled over to the side to let your company vehicle pass, and I took a photograph of the vehicle--as shown in the attached image--to inform your company that you should provide training and a stern warning to your employee regarding the importance of courtesy and proper driving etiquette. Just a reminder to always take pictures and videos of your rental before leaving the lot. It can save you a lot of hassle. They have a shuttle from the rental office to the airport terminals, and from there you can take the free bus to 74th St-Broadway to connect to the subway so this was convenient. A few days later I got a call saying I was being charged for an extra day because the return hadn't been logged until the following day. I confirmed that I returned the car on time, and the representative was pleasant and removed the extra charge without any issues.

I specifically refueled and returned the car with around 290 miles left because I didn't want them to charge a fee. They charged an 80$ fee for refueling. I don't know what kind of business does not log the exact fuel level on the receipt at the time of pickup. Seems very convenient on there end. 3. Horrible customer service: I can't reach out to anyone at the airport to talk about this! There was a co-manager who was really nice and offered a 40$ rebate for the inconvenience and I'm trying to reach out to her to talk about this. But whenever I call LGA Avis, they just redirect me to their call center and the call center cannot direct me to their manager?? How am I supposed to talk with the manager? I live in Manhattan and this is in Queens?! There are two attendants who are accountable for nearly 50+ customers. The promise of the preferred line (which I am a member of) was reduced to us waiting 20 more minutes once inside.
