I have had several good experiences at this shop. They have reasonable prices, and provide excellent customer service. I bought tires here last year, and today my light came on indicating low air pressure. I stopped by the shop without an appointment, and they filled all of the tires, but noticed that one of them needed much more air than the others. They took the time to jack the car up and found a nail in the tire. They were able to repair the tire and 15 minutes later I was on the road, and, they repaired it for free! As luck would have it, I ran over another roadside hazard sometime around March that resulted in a slow leak. After filling my tire with air twice, I was lucky to find location on my right front tire with another embedded screw. Drove to Ace Tire early one morning and staff quickly took care of this with another tire patch. Definitely recommend a tire patch vs tire plug. - A tire patch requires rim removal where a large piece of rubber is applied to the inside of a tire to cover a larger hole or area of damage. Patches are more durable and considered a more permanent fix. - A tire plug requires a small strip of rubber inserted into a tire puncture to seal the hole and allow it to be re-inflated and be used to continue until you can have the puncture professionally inspected and repaired. read more

Another great experience at Ace Tire. I told them my tire was losing pressure and maybe it had a nail or needed replacement. Within 30min they found the nail and patched the tire. Patching tire cost 1/10th the price of replacing tire. Honest and hard working people. read more

After reading the different reviews i thought WTF i have been going there since the dinosaurs were here. yes when they first opened the store in MTN VIEW.. I still go there today and have probably been there more than a 100 times so anything other than a 5 star is not valid or we just all dumb here. Sam is an extremely honest guy i have never second guessed him, and i never had an issue that wasn't fixed immediately. My Tesla Model 3 got a flat tire on Saturday as I was exiting the Great America parking lot. I suspect the traffic spikes punctured a hole in one of my tires even though I was driving in the correct direction. AAA towed my car to Ace even though they were not the original AAA-recommended tire shop. The AAA truck driver recommended that he tow my car to Ace since they are open 7 days/week and typically have Tesla tires in stock whereas the AAA-recommended shop was not even open and typically does not have Tesla tires in stock. I followed his recommendation. By the time my car was towed to Ace, Ace had already closed for the day. My car was left at Ace without leaving my key card, because Ace would be able to drive my car as long as I remotely started my car through the Tesla app. The next day Ace investigated my tire and recommended that I replace all my tires since the rear tire treads were worn thin. So they replaced all my tires. Giving this place thumbs up due to their 7 days/week availability and having Tesla tires in stock. read more

My dashboard displayed a tire pressure low icon and although I'd tried to add some air to each of my tires using my (small) home air compressor, I couldn't get rid of the icon. I called Ace and they said just bring it in and we'll look at it. The technician could tell immediately (visually) that all 4 tires needed air, so he added air to all 4 tires and then had another guy come over to get rid of the icon on my dashboard. Wish I could give them a WORSE review. Had them balance my tires. Had shaking at 75mph afterword. Took it back to them; still shook! Took to Goodyear, they charge me LESS and they asked if I'd recently had my tires balanced because they said, whoever did it, did it WRONG!!!! GO to GOODYEAR! After removing the tire, the tech told me it was just one nail, quoted the price, asked me if it was acceptable, and promptly fixed it. I got a nail in my tire today and was leaking air. The dealer was no help, and the big chain had a five-hour wait. I pulled into Ace and asked if they could help with a repair. Pretty pricey for what they are. I noticed they got the inflation pressures wrong on 2 tires they mounted.

I always go here for my car alignment. They have great service and are quick. I just installed m3 lower control arms on my vehicle and notified them before they started the alignment. They gladly aligned it to the new specs. They are pretty fast and do custom alignments. They would keep coming back, notifying me of the new spec to make sure I'm okay with it. They also pointed out that I had a small crack in my wheels, which they recommended another place that can fix it. Highly recommend this place read more

They need to better consult their clients, regarding their method of tire repair. This was the first time ever that a plug was used ( instead of the patch), to repair a punctured tired, which a little over a month started leaking and I had to purchase a tire because the tire is no longer fixable. Bad job guys. Then I was told " it was either the plug or a new tire", they don't do patches". Ridiculous! read more

We're honest with me about not needed to rotate my tires given the stagger of my wheels and did not charge me.

I have been using another local shop and a location of one of the big tire chains, but never felt I got a decent quality of work. One of them damaged the rims during tire installation, the other never managed to properly balance the wheels so I ended up having to get used to vibrating steering wheel. Always took at least half a day to get the job done, no matter how simple. I wish I started using Ace earlier. They did two services for me recently- wheel balancing and rim replacement. They are not too crowded so they were able to accommodate me on a short notice. Staff are very courteous and they seem to be very skilled. Performed excellent work in both cases and got my car riding steadily without any vibrations. Highly recommend. read more

I brought my very expensive Volk Racing wheels here for a tire change and balance. Upon inspection, they have damaged 3/4 wheels. The damages all look similar, which indicated that their techniques are flawed (likely pry directly on the rim). On 2 wheels they completely removed paint down to the bare metal, as seen in the 2nd and 4th photos. On another wheel they scuffed the paint past the clear coat, as seen in the 1st and 3rd photos. While balancing I noticed they sent a wheel rather than rebalancing it when it did not balance correctly. Come here if you want your wheels damaged and incorrectly balanced! read more
