The train has given me a large chunk of my life back to sleep, read, or do a little more work. My back aches less and I don't have a bad attitude from dealing with Bay Area drivers when I get home. Very safe and clean trains that run on time for for most part. Fares are comparable to what you'd spend on gas but you can't put a price tag on your sanity. The time I save in the morning isn't much but the payoff is in the evening. Thanks ACE I expect our relationship to last a long time.

I receive prompt courteous service at all times. The only issue is beyond their control. As there are homeless and I feel they in genuine gentility allow these persons access,I am frequently developing new steps to the peepee dance due to persons having business other than those of a basic necessity and holding the bathroom for tens of minutes in some occasions leaving my bladder and I with the necessity to seek relief elsewhere or otherwise contrive new dance steps.

I visited on Sunday, 6/21/26 around 12:45 pm. When I approached the front desk clerk to ask for the bathroom code, the employee did not respond verbally and instead held up a board with the code, but did so with an attitude. Later, when I asked whether my train was on time, she rolled her eyes and pointed to the board displaying the information. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and awkward. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I hope that staff are reminded to treat customers with respect and patience.

Really sketchy. Reading the other reviews it sounds like his neighborhood is not a place that you really wanna be. The waiting room is ample, but it's just so empty that it's eerie. Though I haven't parked at the station in many years, everytime I have in the past, finding a spot was easy on weekdays or weekends. I don't necessarily feel the safest walking around the area alone at night, but after a game/concert there are usually plenty of people around in case anything goes awry.
