When a Veterinarian takes blood work from your dog, and her kidneys numbers come back at 10. It is the "Veterinarians Responsibility" to tell the Pet owner the truth that your dog is not gonna recover they are in kidney failure and they are going to deteriorate and suffer, the humane thing to do is put them down. Dr. Wehrlin is completely unethical she mislead me into believing that my dog Pishga could come back from Kidney Failure, she milked me for over $1000.00 for 3 days with false hope, made my dog suffer inhumanely, and, told me on the phone Friday, May 28, 2021, She said, "I have to go pick up my 4 kids, I don't have anyone to pick them up, I don't have any family here, my husband is out of town, I can't wait for you and your husband to get here, come pick up your dog, you better take her to an Emergency Room to put her down, I don't think she'll make the night!" I went and picked up my dog and her tech Heather L. Dini LVT brought my dog out to me in the parking lot but not before, I had to pay the bill with my credit card and my dog suffered and died that night.
At A.C.E., Dr. Wehrlin, was never present in person, in-fact I don't think she is even in New York, I never saw her not once, only her many techs that are managing her hospital would interact with Dog Parents, come into the parking lot and get the pets, and bring the bill invoices and ask for credit cards, always a $500.00 dollar bill I had to chew her down every-time I brought my dog there and not only me everyone, you can hear some of the people complain $500.00 for a checkup and before she even got the blood work back she would sell me and others unnecessary expensive medications that we never asked for or used.
Dr. Wehrlin should be held accountable for what she is doing, her "GREED" has overtaken her medical License and Degree. She should be shut down. Let me say this she is not the only Veterinary Hospital in the GREED ZONE, I could mention a few more but let's focus on this Veterinarian.
Heather L. Dini LVT is the one who took my dog out of my arms every time I brought her to A.C.E. This Veterinary Hospital deserves to be investigated for their unethical practices. Dogs can't talk, but, Pishga's suffering death will be their voice.
When I first went to A.C.E Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Brooke J. Wehrlin, examined my dog and others in her backyard on the muddy grass, collapsing fence, no table, no tent she took blood from my dog. I asked her to take her blood from her leg not her jugular. She had blood all over my dog, smh. This was on July 25, 2020! She charged me $40.00 for a small 1/4 of the bottle filled with ear power to remove the hair from my dogs ears. I asked her if she could remove the ear hair and she suggested she would give me some power and I could do it at home. I said ok, but, I didn't realize she was charging me $40.00. I never saw her in-person after that day, she has techs running her Veterinary Hospital. She never followed up with me until I sent an email full of questions. She never called to see if my dog died.
One of the Techs told me that Heather L. Dini LVT, isn't attending to my dog, all the other Techs check in on Pishga! Heather L. Dini LVT, told me that a couple of the Techs told her that they thought Pishga was dead a couple of times when they walked in the room where she was, this was told to me on May 28, 2021.
I asked the Tech Heather L. Dini LVT, on May 28, 2021 in the morning when I brought Pishga for her IV, to please give my dog a little water wet her lips if she's dry or moans, wet her mouth and nose, yesterday her mouth and nose was so dry when you brought her out to me. Heather said, "Oh I don't think that's important because I'm giving her IV." It wasn't important to comfort my dog. It breaks my heart to think I left my dog in these cold hands.
My dog Pishga always weighed around 14-15 pounds, and I brought her in for her anal glands, and Heather told me she lost a pound that she was 13 pounds, she wasn't concerned about it, so I wasn't concerned about it either.
Dr. Wehrlin, did a procedure on Pishga's anal glands, she never had a problem before or any symptoms before, but, after that procedure and medications I noticed Pishga started becoming constipated, her bowels became impacted but Heather said her anal's were fine. I'm sure that was the beginning of Pishga's deteriorating kidney's. And, A.C.E. Veterinary just blew it off!
When I emptied the bag with Pishga's things in it, I found a box of medicine to enhance Pishga's appetite, my dog was dying, the meds were never opened, she charged me $62.17 on my bill. She makes her living off of lying and prolonging the suffering of sick animals. She sells Pet Parents expensive medications their Pets don't need. Dr. Wehrlin is a predator and my dog was her prey.
