Her hair was falling out, and I thought she was going to die so I took her to another vet where she had full-blown pneumonia and when they transferred the records on Tuesday , they doctored the temperature that my dog had the previous Saturday from 104.5° to 102.5°, which would be normal for a dog to make it look like there was nothing wrong with her when we brought her in that Saturday Thankfully I don't bring any of my dogs there anymore. Like someone else said if you love your animals don't bring them there. I also had a dog that went blind and he did nothing for the dog. He told me that the dog had detached retina and told me that if I wanted to, I could put my dog down even though he was healthy. It turned out that a heart guard, flea and tick medication I put on my dogs back made him go blind because he was a senior dog and if I would've put him down if I had listened to Dr. Nippet and my dog would've been dead for no reason because his eyesight eventually did come back when that medication wore off.

Recently the practice was turned over to a new doctor, she was completely complacent when we took our elderly dog in for multiple visits to check on her back legs. To no avail, and hundreds of dollars later she had no answer with a shrug of her shoulders. We recently put her down, a member of our family for 15 years. The morning of the appointment with Billings they told us they did not have the medication to put her down, tugging on our heart strings.. from there we did not want to have her in any more pain and we scrambled to find a qualified vet, who is prepared to deal with animals and how much they mean to our families. I do not recommend this doctor, it's such a shame how rapid the decline of care this animal hospital has had in the last 2 years.

I have been attempting to contact them for days leaving voicemails and texting them without a response. I am going to have to take my dog to another vet for an emergency visit due to the lack of response. The unprofessionalism is outrageous. I also had my other dog's tumors removed and during a follow up appointment they one of the stitches and accidentally left them on.

This vet is an absolute SCAM. Do NOT bring your pet to this so called "vet" if you're looking for…read moreone! First of all, they will scam you into services your pet does not need. Following the doctors initial exam, he will leave the room, send in a vet assistant a half hour later with an itemized bill for a host of services and labs you do not need and did not come for. THEN they will negotiate the price for you as the vet assistant leaves and comes back to the room several times to negotiate down with the doctor. The process is hours long and painful. As if that's not bad enough, I was denied a copy of my pets prescription for food that he was prescribed BY THEM and was all out of - because they wanted him back in for another visit before they would give me a copy of the prescription!! And I told them he was out of food and needed it! Unreal. What if he gets sick? They do NOT care about your pets and exist solely to make money off of you! Be warned. I have reported this vet and will be following up.

Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Kathy Bremer at XTerra Dalmatians
