Mike Ates has damaged my new BMW 7 series and did not inform me until I found it myself after picking up my car. I showed him the damages and he agreed to the damages caused by him. I asked him to file a business insurance claim and pay for my damages. He decided not to do it. Instead asked me to file for my car insurance claim and agreed to pay for the deductibles and insurance cost increases. I did not have any choice so I went with it. I got the car fixed in December 2023. I have been leaving him multiple messages and texts since then but now he is not answering or returning my calls. It was simple and easy - you book an appointment let them know what you need they give you recommendations and levels based on price and you come back in a few hours to pick up your car or they have a waiting area inside. My suv was unbearable in this Texas heat and as a realtor I drive all over the metroplex all day and getting tint over my privacy windows that I thought were protective that came with the vehicle when I bought it was a game changer. I tried to get this company to come out 4 times to look at some issues I had with some tint they installed on windows in my house. They never showed up or called. This company does not appear to back up their product or their warranty. Beware of the owner, at first he says everything you want to hear but then when there are problems you won't be able to get him on the phone. read more

Highly highly recommend this business. They are highly knowledgeable about their products and did a great job lending their expertise in helping me choose the wrap option that best suited my needs. I wanted the grill and flood lights on my Ford Fusion wrapped and Acme had it done in just a couple hours. There is a life time warranty on the wrap jobs and if need be they can come to you for any repairs or problems. Michael, who did my car, was very friendly and helpful. The WORST in the business....great idea (mobile service...they come to me at my convenience....NOT!) Prepaid for my tint, scheduled my appt for two days out....the day of, he's a no show...calls me and tells me to pick any time the next day. Chose my time, NO SHOW.....called him & he's irritated that I won't let him come later I'm the week or come and take my car!!!! WHAT?!! He promises to show up in several hours....NO SHOW for the third time! Then tells me it's my fault for not giving him a larger time frame! Not only is he a no show, don't expect a courtesy phone call to at least tell you he's running 5 hours behind!!! After he started blaming me for his lack of professionalism I couldn't help but laugh! read more
