Detail Werkz provided a paint prep and ceramic coating install for me in December of 2018. Although my first experience using a coating, I was really pleased with the results and appreciated the guidance from Brian and subsequent install. The coating helps keep the car cleaner and makes cleaning a very simple procedure. It's quite a sight to see how the water beads off the thing when air drying the car. Last weekend I discovered the car had been extensively sprayed, accidentally by water with an chemical. Regular cleaning failed to remove the residue. I texted Brian shortly thereafter and got a swift response, making a plan to bring it by the workshop the next day, even though he wasn't technically open. Upon seeing the issues, Brian was able to remove the resulting damage. Give the extent of the issue we decided it best for Brian to keep the car for a day to reinstate the ceramic coating where it had been compromised. The car was ready and looking better than as ever as planned on the Monday of this unfolding on a Friday/ Saturday. The cost of all this was also entirely reasonable given the time and material needed to put it right. I totally appreciate Brian's knowledge and service and highly recommend his work based on my fantastic experience. He's a straight up guy with a passion for making cars look their best. Cheers Brian. Overall, I am quite disappointed in the quality of service I received and will not be visiting this…read morebusiness again. While the owner and employees were nice and helpful, the amount of money I spent to get my car detailed was not worth it due to the subpar cleaning of my car. I paid almost $180 total after tip for a complete interior detail ($117 - though I got a 15% discount for Labor Day) and a hand wash ($45). The interior still has dust in many areas, the cup holder still have some sticky residue in them, the center console is dirty, there is are large crumbs from chips and other food items between the seat and cup holder area, and they were unable to get some of the stains out of my passenger seat. The exterior glass toward the base of both of my front back windshield was completely neglected in some spots. Now my car was very dirty, and the work they did do is a big improvement to how my car looked. But again, for a $180 a expected a spotless interior and a well cleaned exterior. At the place I usually take my car to get detailed in Denton, it costs only $150 for a full interior and exterior detail, and the quality of work is MUCH better. I think this is partially why I am so disappointed. I didn't notice the lack of quality until after leaving the garage because of the dim lighting, so make sure to closely inspect your car for quality (maybe with your phones flashlight) before leaving. Just be aware that you might not get your money's worth if you decide to give this place your business.

When I arrived, John, the owner, led me to the washing area. He is one of the most kindhearted and genuine people I have ever met. He gave me confidence that my car was in good hands and would look beautiful after the detail. Shortly after, John drove me back to my residence in a beautiful courtesy car as part of the service. Throughout the day, he updated me on the progress and estimated cost for my detail, including progress photos. When my car was finished, John picked me up at my residence and drove me back to my car. I have never felt so important as a customer or received such great service. My car is now looking BEAUTIFUL as ever and it's all thanks to John and his team. I will be coming back regularly for washes.
