Along with this I had also made a similar item purchase from a boutique in Maui Hawai'i on the same day. I have already received my item from Maui through usps on July 13th. I did see that there is a bungalow store location on Maui but thought I would purchase from the California location thinking I would receive my purchased item sooner as they had other shipping options. I was definitely wrong. At this point I will not be making other purchases. My review is all based on my online purchase experience and once I receive my product (expecting it to be good) I hope to be able to add another star to my review.

A simple "oh I'm sorry, we're closed right now even though our store door is wide open, please come visit us when we're actually open at X time". Can't imagine she's running a successful business with her approach to customer service.
