And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! The owner of this company picked up my truck on a Saturday night and was unaware that we have an ELD device on the unit so we can track any and all movement. The owner, Kevin Ledbetter, used our vehicle for his own personal use. I have a 6 page report of any and all movement of my vehicle. 27 miles total in a day! Also we have notifications of 3 speeding violations while he was joy riding. 63 mph in a 35 mph zone. IN MY TRUCK. Extremely unprofessional. However if you google his name you'll find that he's not exactly a stand up citizen either. read more

Y'all. I have to give them a 5 star rating and this was the third time I've locked my keys in my car, so I'd have to say that I am well versed in the ways of roadside assistance. They got there very quickly, knew exactly what to do (this is especially impressive as my vehicle, a Honda, is a BEAST to break into), and went to town getting my car open. The employee displayed perfect professionalism and was calm and collected in my stressful situation. Our landlord had our truck towed after they foreclosed on the house he told us we could leave it at the property for a few days then after being in the ER all night and not being able to get it back in time, they just had it towed with all our stuff in it. Called and talked to Kevin and he was so helpful one of the nicest guys you will ever meet there were some extenuating circumstances and he accommodated all of them! My wife and I had a tire blowout on 377 on the way to Benbrook. We waited an hour and a half on a roadside assistance company that never showed up and canceled and didn't let us know. I called the Granbury police department and they recommended I call a towing service .....and they gave me acorn's number. They came within 10 minutes.
