Castro's gave us the total fee during our phone call. They took only 45 minutes to arrive after we called. In comparison, after 4.5 hours on two different holds with GEICO, GEICO had not acquired a tow truck for us. GEICO's towing service is a waste of your time and your money. Meanwhile, Castro's was careful with the front apron on my daughter's SUV, so that it was not scraped as her SUV was towed onto the tilt-bed.
