All the way from Bob the owner coming to do my estimate to the workers who actually did the job. I had an old ugly kitchen and had really no hope in making it look nice. When i contacted Bob at acoustical ceilings he came right out for my quote. Not only was he super helpful and kind but he also had great ideas i would have never thought of! He gave me a fair price, to dry wall one of my walls, knock down all my old acoustic ceilings, retexture them and place 8 new can lights. The workers came right away and did a professional and clean job. They always arrived at the expected time and really worked there tails off to satisfy my wants and needs. Bob was great to work with. I would highly recommend Acoustical Ceilings to anyone who needs popcorn removal. The job was supposed to take two days to complete. It ended up taking three since the texture was not complete dry in one room of my house. I appreciate that the staff did not try and complete the job before the area was ready to be worked on. The attention to detail was something that is not always taken into consideration. Everyone was friendly and very conscientious of clean up at the end of the day. When the crew arrived and began prepping, we knew they would do a good job. Joseph and Andrew wasted no time in prepping and making certain their work of removing a popcorn ceiling wouldn't create a mess. My ceilings in the living room are almost 2 stories high. They removed all the acoustic, painted the whole room, including the beams in the ceiling. Took out speakers in all the rooms, that really spoke too the age of the house, and repaired those walls. Repaired a water damaged area in the family ceiling and painted it. Installed can lights in the entry way, and many other little repairs that presented themselves while they were working. Finished the job in 2 days. My house looks totally upgraded. We had popcorn ceilings removed, then textured and painted this past week. Joe and another worker completed the job in less than two days. This was for the living room, one bedroom and hallway. They sealed off other areas with plastic, plus covered the furniture that we couldn't move from the room. The mess, in my opinion was minimal and thoroughly cleaned up. I was expecting a lot worse. The only reason the 5th star is not here yet is because I have to schedule a time to have the ceiling painted and my ceiling fan installed. Because the team has done such a good job so far, I am trusting they will finish it just as well. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Bob the owner seems nice but will lie to your face. My ceilings were not the orange peel I asked for and when I complained Bob said it would cost more money to fix it! When Bob said he'd call me he never did and sometimes they came to do work on the wrong day. If you use this company make sure you get every last detail on the contract because Bob doesn't stand by his word. I've never worked with such a bad company! read more

Had popcorn texture removed from three large rooms, removed six ceiling fans and installed 39 LED ceiling lights. The the five crew members, Eddie Andrew, David, Eddie, and David knew what they were doing. All this work was done in three days and dramatically changed the look of the house. It was well worth the price as every ceiling in the house to like new condition would highly recommend Bob and his guys. read more
