Was looking for honest advice and fair estimate for either replacing or repairing a garage door that would no longer go up/down and had a slew of broken components. I called Dereks number and left a message. Within a minute, Derek promptly returned my call. He asked all the right questions and "listened" to my answers. Within 10 minutes we had a general plan which involved him visiting the property, visually verifying what we had discussed and then come up with 3 options. From the conversation he determined that most likely I could keep the door and he would figure out what extent of repairs was needed.
