I have been an All Spectrum customer for about 5 years and I have never had any issues. They have the BEST deals I've been able to find anywhere. I have an auto policy and they always look for better deals when it comes to renewal time per request and I do feel like they actually do look and find the best for me. Hm, what can I say....I am SO happy I found these Insurance brokers. I was with another insurance for quite sometime. I never knew a lot about car insurance coverage, I just thought as long as I had car insurance I was good. Well, boy was I so wrong. I was planning to drive down to San Jose from Vancouver, Canada and was planning to get insurance through All Spectrum. Michael, got in touch with me after I requested a quote online within 24 hours and gave me a call, he followed up with a quote and sent it to my via e-mail for review. I subsequent had my plans changed and no longer required insurance from All Spectrum. However, Michael took note that I was planning to come down to San Jose and so he gave me a call when I was soon to arrive. This review is a little overdue, but sign me up on that long list of reviewers giving Michael Denney 5 stars! My fiancé and I were on the market for landlord insurance for our rental home and I stumbled upon All Spectrum Insurance on Yelp. I had call about six other insurance brokers, including my company's broker for a quote (and I get a discount). All Spectrum wasn't the most cost-effective, but it did come in second. The broker offering me the lowest quote never responded to any of my emails, and never followed up with a written quote when she promised. I was constantly chasing her down and she seemed annoyingly unorganized. I gotta admit, however, I was a bit skeptical about calling All Spectrum. In fact, I called them 15 mins before closing and Michael did not once rush me or shoo me off to call back the following day. He answered my long list of questions and he educated me when I needed further insight. He is super responsive, honest, professional, succinct and patient--no frills here. These are always a win for me. I did share guidance on the type of policy coverage I wanted and never once did Michael sell me to consider something different, higher, better, etc. Michael is very punctual and when he told me he'd deliver something or get back to me, he always followed through.
