When I arrived, there were no BMW 5 Series available and no comparable luxury sedans on the lot. That could have easily turned into a frustrating experience, but Anthony completely turned it around. He deserves all the shoutouts and praise. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Even while helping other customers, he kept checking in with me and made it clear he had not forgotten about me. He really went above and beyond to find a solution that would work. In the end, Anthony got me set up in a BMW X5 for the same price. The vehicle was brand new, spotless inside and out, and ended up being the perfect roadtripper. Overall, the process was very smooth, including the drop-off a week later. I would definitely rent from this location again, especially if the level of service is anything like what Anthony delivered. He's the G.O.A.T!

What I appreciated the most was that instead of just forcing us into the 7 seater, they looked at options for us, when that did not work out they went above and beyond to look for the key which was eventually located. This may not seem like a lot but trust me after a six hour flight and traveling with two kids, it's a relief to be able to drive off with what was reserved. It was a miserable experience, trying to get people on the phone or even going in in person and trying to get service from these locations. I was frequently met by rude customer service people who didn't exhibit any awareness that I'm trying to pay them for a service. This Enterprise location was different and possibly the best rental car experience I've ever had in my life anywhere. Everyone was super nice and attentive and they made sure I had the manager's contact information should I need anything. While the employees are fantastic, I think it comes down to the manager. He/They are just great. I would recommend this above any rental car location at any New York airport. Indeed I would recommend this above any rental car location anywhere.

In the winter they ensure snow and ice removing devices are in every car. 2) There are always choices and options to pick a vehicle in every class. 3) a) 3 years ago I was in and out of NY six times and the awesome Sush( now promoted and a Manager at a different center) was a blessing. She helped my family with amazing service, care and took ownership of a situation and fixed it pronto. Always smiling with great energy. b) Tony the Manager also was so understanding, proactive and communicative in September 2023 when I drove from Baltimore airport to NY. It was a one way rental of a BMW that almost immediately had tire and " Need Service" issues. Baltimore BMI airport did not take any responsibility for this but JFK did. c) Hats off to Frazier and Omare in May 2025 who went the extra mile for me. 4) The airport rates here vs LAX are about 20 percent cheaper. 5) The Air Train from all terminals drops off all rental customers at Federal Circle where the companies are located. Very convenient. 6) Alamo JFK has been very flexible with me over the decade plus of 77 plus rentals and let me drop off at LGA airport for no extra charge. 7) I appreciate the 0-59 minute grace if late when returning. 8) The only Company location that gives all of us a business card at the exit with an email and a phone number to contact for anything at all. I also get a text every time within two hours asking if all is good.

My rate charges $0.32/mile, so this could have meant 4,000+ miles of bogus charges if I hadn't caught it. The contract also said the tank was full when it was actually only half full. When I questioned why the price didn't match my reservation, one front-desk employee was dismissive and acted like he couldn't care less. Another senior employee was actually helpful, so credit to him. Then I was told someone would come help with the fuel. Nobody came. I had to find the employee myself, only to be greeted with: "Do you know how long I was waiting for you?" What a joke. Wrong mileage, wrong fuel level, confusing charges, and terrible service. Check every single number yourself before leaving this place.
