Representatives at this location tell you one thing and put something else in the system. I will NEVER use enterprise here or in any other location because I've seen this is common practice with this company in multiple locations. I been renting with enterprise since 2010 and this was the worst experience I had with them. Pro: 1. Cheaper than renting at the airport. Cons: 1. The car wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. They took my credit card and id info and then told me "we are going to get the car ready for you".... 2. The gas tank wasn't completely full and low tire pressure warning. 3. They tried overcharging me. 4. The car wasn't very clean. I will continue to rent with enterprise but not from this location read more

I think this is the JFK airport location? It's off-site from the federal circle, so it's hard to tell. Bottom line -- some of the best service I've ever received from a rental car company. The agent greeted me when I got off the shuttle. When I gave him my name, he knew what car I had reserved. They also offered to put down the back seat of the mini van without me having to ask. Plus the price for the rental is half that of Dollar. Upon the return of the car, I guess their shuttle was down, so they drove us straight to the airport. I was scheduled to pickup a car Friday at 8am, I arrived at 7:50 am I had to wait 45 min just to just to be told they did not have any vehicle available and I was asked to have a seat until a car arrives and they couldn't give me a time when they expected more cars arrive which I am sure they knew. After a few min. and with two people ahead of me. I asked if they would call me when the cars arrived, I was only 10 min away. I left and I decided to call at 10am. I was informed they do not have any cars and I should call them back in half hour. After 45 min. I decided not to call but show up. The person before me was there picking up their car and they had 4 cars sitting in the lot. My first question was why no one called me if you have cars? No one answered. One of rep. took care of me and she gave me a new car which was great! But the manager was extremely bothered by her giving me a new car. I said nothing and took the car. Upon my return, I requested a discount due to the inconvenience, the 4 hours wait and once again the manager was bother by my question. Her unprofessionalism was uncalled for and her attitude was unacceptable and she was inconsistent. The person before me received a discount for her inconvenience. Why couldn't I ask for the same? The manager did not hesitate to give her a discount. Manager has a attitude problem and she's unprofessional and miserable. The only reason they received a 2 star is due to the the representative that took care of me on Friday and the young man who took the car when I arrived. read more

I will say I had a very great experience with this enterprise. I was working with a lady at first then I was also working with the manager but then I worked with Rashad. No sure how to rate the company. I initially had a great experience renting my car. Customer service was great. Check in and check out was great. The agents working at the office was awesome. I returned the car a day early and had a seamless check out. Now the dilemma . I left my person EZ pass in the car and for the pass four days have been unable to get it returned. The people that rented the car after me actually used my EZ pass and have not responded to the rental companies phone calls. After speaking with the rental company twice about the situation and waiting for return calls, they still have not reached out to me to give me a status update. So this to me has now made me rethink my review. I do not want to give them a negative review based on my forgetfulness but, i do believe they should have at least given me a returned call with a status update to say they still have not reached the person that is using my EZ pass. (P.S. i canceled the pass and they will be charged by mail the remainder of the usage on my pass. Not understanding that they are not aware that the license plate will show up on my bill what car it was used on and they will go after them for payment since it was reported that I left it by mistake in a rental car.) #ijs read more

I had an absolutely horrible experience with customer service here. I got an invoice for an $18 admin fee for an ezpass violation somewhere on the NJ turnpike. It took me two calls to find out where. The email address on my invoice turned out to be wrong, as well. I was told that if I sent them my EZPass reciept, that they would reverse the charge. I have now made two attempts to send them (fax and email) my receipt. Tonight their "email is down." All told I have spent over an hour on the phone over six calls, and I still do not have resolution. If you call two times in a row, you get a different explanation of what to do. This really should be a simple process to fix. read more

Wow. with all going on got a call this morning. from enterprise., informing me of a pass bill. i tried to square things away with insurance but because of the pandemic. Cant reach the person i need to. The call was to inform me of the waive of my fee. Absolute worse customer service! I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle on a particular day at a certain time. I made the reservation online. I called the day before to confirm everything was set for pick up the next day and the girl told me yes. I get to this location and I had to wait one hour before anyone began helping me because they are so understaffed. Then come to find out the car that I have the reservation for is not even available. We had an amazing experience with renting a car from this location for a trip over the Christmas holiday. Our reservation was confirmed with a phone call the day before, and we were helped immediately when we walked in the day of our reservation. Kevin was incredibly informative and eager to answer all of our questions. Rashad was extremely helpful when showing us to the car and making sure everything was in order.
