They are both wonderful instructors and they really helped me with feeling confident in my driving. Apparently he must have forgotten the functional features of his vehicle and signals, expecting me to predict his moves. He flipped me off and started road ranging, making me highly uncomfortable. I was in a black truck. I didn't reply nor engage in his negativity. I did snap a picture to come back and review on this behavior. The road rage this individual presented is definitely reflected to the company and lack of integrity. Such a disappointment, I wouldn't utilize services from such a bad character shown.

I had always been really nervous about getting behind the wheel but Luis was incredibly patient and supportive and he made the lessons enjoyable. He made sure I felt comfortable at every step, which made a huge difference in building my confidence. The staff at the school, including the secretary, were all super nice as well and really flexible with scheduling my lessons, which I appreciated since I have a pretty busy schedule. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of instruction I received. I passed my driving test on the first try! I didn't see a tating at the time, or I definitely wouldn't have gone with this company! When I called they said I also needed to pay an extra $110 for the certificate he'll need to take to DMV later. I wasn't happy about it, but paid for it. Then more trouble ensued. I scheduled two 2 hour sessions. The driver was late to the first one. He didn't call or text or anything. The instructor texted us 20 min before the second appointment asking if my son could be there immediately. What?! It takes 20 minutes to get places in San Diego. Are you gonna have us beamed up or something?! The instructor refused to make an appointment for the third lesson. He said we had to do that theough the office. Of course, it's been a week and we haven't been able to get hold of anyone in the office. Their hours are only in the afternoon, and their door has a sheet of paper on it that's been there for several years, apparently, showing sign ins from some of the people who have had the same problems with the company we are having. So far, no resolution in sight! But please, please don't get ripped off by these guys (who apparently also go by A Plus Driving School too). Kids and cars are already an expensive combination. No need to add to the headache!
