I have a shower with some kind of a leak through the base (I'm still working to figure out how it is happening). I thought that perhaps the saniglaze process would fix this leak, since I'd been told the leak was through the grout, and the Saniglaze process makes the grout watertight. Bryan Hurtado from the company spoke to me, and went out to look at the shower to see if he thought it might fix the problem. He could easily have misled me to believe that there was a chance, and since the saniglaze process is a lot less expensive than replacing the whole shower, I might've gone through with it. He did not do this, and pointed out that he didn't think the holes in the grout were sufficient to cause the level of leakage I was seeing in the shower. I had an other carpet company try to get the stain out and they said they would try but could not get the stain out. I thought the stain was pet urine and maybe some oil tracked in. I even went to the carpet provider to see if the warrantee would help with replacing the carpet. I was fortunate to talk with Diane Dickeson at ProSource and she helped me narrow down my options. She recommended Larry Glispy at A Fresh Look. He's amazing! He and Colton came out and immediately said that they could get the stain out. They were expert in seeing that the stain was probably caused by some asphalt that was tracked in when the city did a resurfacing project on my street.
