This is the only place I'll go when I need work done on my car. They're kind, honest, fast, skilled, and reliable. Steven is always a friendly face at this location and has helped me over the years. I've had a string of bad luck getting maybe 10 nails in my tire over the past 2 years, and each time this location was able to accommodate me in about 30 minutes or less-- getting my tire patched and having me on the road safely. I would give them negative stars if I could. Came in for an oil change and was surprised at how expensive it was after picking up my vehicle. First off, they never called me when it was done so a few hours later I decided to come by to check the status of my car since they weren't answering when I called the shop multiple times. Then noticed they didn't even rotate my tires and the older man that I am assuming was the manager wanted to give me a hard time about it. Saying I didn't get the tires from there. I stated that I actually did get my tires from there awhile back and even if I didn't the oil change comes with the oil change!SMH. Then he acts smug about it and then finally told the technician to rotate the tires. I left feeling like I didn't trust them with the work that was requested in the first place or if they even did the oil change. The customer service is terrible and not to mention while inside waiting for them to do the tire rotation another customer was inside yelling talking about how they scammed him of his money, that they are dragging their feet getting the part in that he already paid for etc. Not something you want to hear when you are already there not happy with a simple oil change service. This place has gone to crap and even the other technician looked like he didn't know what the heck he was doing on another BMW there. He was asking the manager for help and the other technician and then continued to pace around. Stare at the car then go back and forth like it was his first day on the job or something. I will not come back to this location and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there if you are looking for good customer service and competent employees, then go someone else that will treat you and your vehicle better. read more

Not only did they assess the tire of my rental vehicle (and help me avoid a hefty fine for a slow leak that I inherited from a previous patron), they did so with class, handling both my needs and those of other customers who came in right as the shop first opened. I was treated with respect, given correct information, and given a very caring response to my concerns. I'm a little ole lady new to the area who got a nail in a tire. Joshua at Action Gator Tire on Lee Road told me to come on by at my convenience and I'd be taken care of. He listened carefully, assured me that it would be fixed, and showed me the clean and tidy waiting area. (The restroom was super clean, too.) They found the nail and repaired the tire quickly in spite of me being a walk-in. Joshua kept me updated. He and everyone I met there were so friendly. I was quoted a price for a tire replacement that was cheaper than Tire Rack AND they could have it in two days. Indeed they replaced the tire but (slightly) damaged the (expensive, cast) rim (which is why I was recommended to go to them in the first place because their affiliate in the much cleaner shop across the road, Tire Express, wasn't prepared to do the job for fear of...damaging my rim); the tire looked like crap with goop around the edges but... Well, the following morning it was as flat as its predecessor which had a 2 1/2 inch nail in the sidewall. "That shouldn't happen" and "Don't tell me that" were the responses I initially got. They removed and replaced it because there was "something" caught between the bead and the rim. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ After hearing the talk around town about how good they are, I'm not convinced. read more

I ordered tires online Sunday night, paid a deposit and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. Showed up and could not find the appointment or tires. After back and forth the appointment was "found" but no tires and no help. It was story after story and excuse after excuse. Went to another tire shop and tires where available in 1 hour and getting them put on as I write this. This place is terrible with 0 accountability. Its like they are trying to go out of business. No apologies or let me make this right. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. You have been warned. read more

Action Gator's tire is the absolute best tire place in Central Florida. Before them I was going to Tyler's class and I even have a credit card with them but every one of them was so backed up that if I didn't get my tire fixed today I'd likely need a new tire so Action Gator's tire likely saved me hundred dollars by being responsive and reliable. I highly recommend them and I will be taking my vehicles to them from here on out. Best experience I've had at an auto repair shop. They didn't try to upsell every little thing, they were super quick and efficient, friendly. As a girl I didn't feel uncomfortable, or distrusting that I was being taken advantage of for unsaid costs. Everything was so straight to the point and easy going, it genuinely made a bad day with a popped tire into a better day because I was at hardly any inconvenience. 2 tires and all new windshield wipers for my SUV + labor costs was like $300. The service, and the price were good. The only reason I'm leaving a 1 star is their return policy or lack of. The tires I purchase changed the way my truck rides on the Hwy in a negative way. My friend had the same issue with tires he got a Discount Tire. They worked with him and ultimately swapped out the tires. I called Action Gator and was basically told I was stuck with them. WARNING WARNING DO NOT GO! Worst place I did business with, action gator on lee rd Orlando Florida. Daniel and Scott rip me off.. I went there for an alignment that was never fixed. I install brand new suspension and wheels and all I needed was an alignment. It took them 2 hrs to tell me I was missing the brackets for an alignment. They told me I would have to pay them 150$ for letting them work on my vehicle for 2 hrs. I had to bargain with Daniel to give me a warranty as the business advertise. I went home and order the brackets and put them on. I called the shop and aske, " how long would it take for a wheel alignment." Scott reply "45min." I scheduled on a Saturday 9am for a wheel alignment thinking I can make it to work that day. I left there with Scott telling me, "well at least when you fall asleep behind the wheel your vehicle will pull over to the side. So I'm stuck with brand new bent brackets and my vehicle pulling to the side. I would think they would do their best working on my vehicle, knowing I have a 5 year old daughter. Oh, I was there 6 HOURS FOR A WHEEL ALIGNMENT! Bad attitude for a well know business. I actually wanted to get a lawyer involved because my arm started hurting for holding my vehicle wheel to stay straight. I lost a total 300$ and time just for a DAMN WHEEL AlIGNMENT.. people like them make it suck for single parents like me. It not worth it to deal with action gator if they hire people like that.! read more

Went there at 8.25 am to fix the flat tire, the guy told me to wait for 30-40 min. I went home and asked him to call me back once the fix the tire (I live across the street). Nobody called and I came back around 10.30am, the tire was fixed BUT they broke one of the 5 studs that holds the wheel in place! I was told it came off with the lug nut! They totally refused to accept that it was their fault. And when I start arguing they threatened to call the police! Do yourself a favor AVOID this place. It would've been a good biz practice to replace the stud even without telling me - since it has happened on their watch! I was late for work for 2 hours and now I gotta fix the stud for $80! They don't care about their customers. No good biz here read more
