Went on a 30 day vacation in the middle of my repair without telling me he was leaving.

This "business" is an absolute joke. The owner personally called me a crybaby and that I felt like I was "owed" something because he kept 2 of my chainsaws for 2 months, kept my deposit, then gave them back to me in pieces. I don't know why I'd think he owed me anything, right? Vickie, the wife of the owner/mechanic lied to me on several occasions about why they couldn't work on one of my chainsaws. She claimed it had a proprietary ignition system, so they couldn't work on it. Problem is that it was a brand new saw that was running fine. It only needed the bar and chain adjusted, no other work. Instead of fixing the bar and chain they gave it back to me claiming they couldn't do anything for it due to the above mentioned "proprietary ignition system" haha. But kept the deposit and left the bar unbolted and thus inoperable. The Stihl chainsaw I dropped off was returned to me with the carburetor removed. I was told there were no carburetor rebuild kits available at all so they just didn't bother to put it back together, they did however keep my deposit, haha. When I tried to address these issues I was effectively cussed out by the owner/mechanic. He's a real class act. I only give 1 star because it doesn't have an option for zero stars. Steer clear of this joint. Nothing but drama and headache. Btw as I was standing there I watched them charge an elderly disabled lady 20.00 to sloppily put a plug in her riding lawnmower tire and didn't even offer to carry it out for her. read more

The lady at the front is so unfriendly and rude. Each time I have visited action mower, she treats me like a huge inconvenience.

Took mower for oil change. When he said it would be two weeks before I got it back I informed him I couldn't be without the mower that long. Meaning I would just plan ahead and bring it back when I could. He became furious, childishly running off in a huff and grabbing my mower, setting it down in front of me and walking off. Will never darken their door again. read more
