I'm not sure I would hire this company for a high-buck job involving multiple screens, but for a simple replacement of a small screen window behind the kitchen sink, everything went okay. I brought in our old, bent screen frame one morning and told Paul I just wanted it replaced. He said no problem, come back at 4:00. When I did, he had built the frame but hadn't yet added the screen. I waited a few minutes as he completed the job. The shop probably puts off a few people. The entire building is filled with screens, so much so that you have to turn sideways to get around in there, and the office is more or less unaccessible. But hey, one day service and $22 for a new 46" x 16" screen? I'll take it. read more

This company is great!!! We needed to change out some of our window screens as well as a few frames. I found this company on yelp on a Saturday, so we drove over with 5 frames to find out costs and process. The owner was working by himself and explained the easy process. He gave me the cost and told me to come back in 3 hours to pick these up. I asked if I could bring a screen door and the rest of the window frames, which he agreed, and completed all of them that day. In total there were 19 window frames and 1 screen door, all done that day for a fraction of the what I thought the cost would be!! Beats having the headache of trying to do it myself. Paul is one of the most unprofessional people I have had the displeasure of working with. Had several clients use Paul's services as they were low on cash and prices were good. Did not know who I was or what I was talking about when calling to confirm appointments, more than once. One invoice included items we specifically requested him not to do, so he told me he could go out and take all the screens off if we didn't want them. I had called, emailed, and texted (have screenshots for proof) many times trying to get an invoice so my client could pay him. 2 months later, 10/22/17, I finally received it, with the items we didn't want done on it. He claims it was sent to the wrong email on 8/21/17, but why would he not return my emails or phone calls requesting it, as I obviously was trying to get him paid? Chaotic, scattered, disorganized, and honestly a little sketchy. Said we will pay this invoice but will not be using his services or recommending in the future due to the reasons outlined above. He was argumentative, scoffed, laughed and said "good luck paying more money to someone else-..." I didn't hear the rest, because I hung up on him. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra $5 a screen to someone who deserves it, this guy surely doesn't. read more

The screens are fine but the owner is an asshole who condescended to me as a woman and laughed at me when I questioned his duplicitous pricing. A secret $80 fee to do your job correctly that you announce after install appalling. No invoice available when I handed over my money to prove I paid for anything, the guy had stuff scrawled on a blank sheet of paper. He apologized, having only worked there for two weeks.
