Getting on the 91 east at about 2:00 on Sunday afternoon, one of their clown drivers tried to pass me on the freeway ramp, realizes the ramp merges into one lane. He didn't have enough room to get around me so he slams his brakes and gets behind me and starts waving his hands at me like I did something to him. He's obviously very stressed out and probably shouldn't be driving arty flat bed tow truck. He's going to kill someone with that road rage. read more

AAA sent Action Southland to help us last night we had stopped at McDonalds in Garden Grove to get something to eat on our way to the GG High school to watch a football game that our 11 year old granddaughter was cheerleading in for a spacial event. However my car would not start when we came back to go to the game. The technichion was very helpful and kind. He discovered that the issue was my starter so he got the car started so we could drive it home. But we didn't make it to the game after all. Thank you Southland towing for getting us home safe. At 2PM I got in my car and it would not start. I called AAA and received the normal EXCEPTIONAL service and they informed me someone would be there within 30 minutes and Action Southland Towing would be following up. Within 20 minutes Chris and Fernando from Action showed up, diagnosed the problem, determined it was just a dead battery and did NOT need to be towed to the dealership as I expected. They replaced the battery right away and I was on my way - everything completed from start to finish in less than 45 minutes from the time I called. Both Chris and Fernando were professional, courteous and exceeded every expectation. No one wants to have to call AAA but when you do, it's nice to deal with professional compassionate individuals who appreciate the fact that you're in a bind. I called AAA after a 12-hour workday when my car wouldn't start. The Tech, Chris came sooner than expected. He even called beforehand to tell me where he was and how soon he'd arrive. He checked my battery, charged it and got my car started. He even cancelled the "service call" because I'd already used AAA battery service that morning and he didn't want me to get charged for the service call. He would have changed by battery right then but he didn't have the right type for my full sized Ford truck. He gave me some advice on what to do in the morning in the event my battery failed again. Wouldn't you know it, my battery failed again. This time I was prepared and told the tech exactly what I wanted to do, and I got my new battery and peace of mind. read more

I live in Garden Grove and my daughter had a dead battery at the post office on Stanford. I know of this company for many years and they always come through in a clutch. She was waiting in the hot sun and I called their dispatch to let them know that she had a dead battery and that it was hot out and they said no problem we have a service truck driver less than 10 minutes away and we'll take care of everything. I was stuck at work so it was a relief that they were able to take care of things so quickly. She called me and said they were very nice and that she was back up and going.
